An antagonist's son that ACTUALLY has common sense and actually his dad accountable without being a total douche? That was quite a rare and refreshing surprise.
Thank CHRIST he didn’t take after Seiichiro I had a feeling he would be a sensible person as soon as his dad started comparing his sickness with Keiichi’s Plus, he has the non-antagonistic side character voice
Yeah, real smart of you Mr. Seiichiro. Let's have a sick employee come into work with a high fever. It's almost as if you want his sickness to spread throughout the office or something.
keiichi and keiichi's wife are both beautiful 😊❤️ best couple ever and also the creator's drawing looks like anime that need to release to make a lot of episodes and then new seasons 🤌
I'm glad Kyohei was not like his father and didn't let ideals get in the way of work and instead used common sense and helped the company recover.😊 And it's nice that Keiichi and Yui started a restaurant together after leaving the company and even hired some of their former colleagues to work with them.☺️
"shoot..! I really didn't mean to pressure him into coming to the office like that" And yet, you said your son came to the office when he had high fever like keiichi... And then your attitude changed after you knew keiichi wife is your boss and CEO's daughter 😂
To be serious, if a person is sick. You should consider him/her for leave for as long as there is proof of medical records taken from a person. I dont blame Mr. Seiichiro for doing this but not all times you should force your employee to work if he/she is unable to go to their workplace. Adding insult to injury that if the illness is infectious, prepare for the long battle of outbreak. I learned it the hard way when i make half of my co-workers got sick due to my sore eyes (infectious). 😅
If Keiichi has a fever of 104 degrees celsius, he's already done for and as of Seiichiro: Let the man take a rest and give him permission to take a leave at work first until he fully recovers to resume his work. Forcing someone who has fever to come at work not only contracts others to get fever as well but makes Keiichi's conditions worse than ever. His own son Kyohei as his own replacement has more common sense and props to him for calling his own father out.
104 degrees Celsius is if I recall 219 degrees fahrenheit. Keichii would be long dead at that point since the highest tolerable internal temperature is 111.2 degrees fahrenheit, at least recorded. But usually anything above 105 degrees fahrenheit for extended periods will result in extensive tissue damage, especially the brain.
Seiichiro should have focused on learning how to be considered to others in balancing things out instead of just pushing his ideals on to others but it's nice that his son kyohei wasn't anything like him and brought back up the sale numbers and managed to get promoted afterwards and it's nice that Keiichi and Yui ended up starting a restaurant and hired some of their former colleagues to work with them.😊
Our bodies maintain an internal temperature of 37°C, so that's not a fever regardless of country. But you're right, 38-41 is a mild to serious fever, and 104 is a ER visit before your internal organs malfunction.

Oh definitely that’s why I literally always email both my supervisors and even Professors my doctors note. Heck even my current workplace at school thought I was faking, but went quiet once I showed my Doctor’s note

Yes, Kyohei took the good things his father was doing but also applied a better working environment for his employees and their suppliers. The support system he created helped everyone👍
Everyone keeps complaining about not specifying Celsius/Ferinheight but given we talking about 104 degrees, i think its normal to assume its not celcius. 104 celcius i think is death
Most people who have high grade fever knows how hard it is to wake up and go to work. Seiichiro has ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION for other people whatsoever.
Please put fahrenheit next time, it almost scared me thinking that Keiichi has the same temperature as a boiling water just from seeing the title alone.
Yeah they definitely need to include the details. Of course they put his temperature in Fahrenheit because the USA still uses that system, we refuse to join the world with the Metric system 😔
People. NEVER let anyone, whether boss, or even the CEO trample upon your right, especially your health. If you are sick and have actual proof, ESPECIALLY if the doctor instructed you to rest, then they still force you to clock in? Sue them. You will win.
"Your mess, your responsibility, your own damn fault." "Nepotism and favoritism is the curse of the family." Kyohei has a superior common sense, but his illegitimate father has become highly irresponsible for his stupidity.
A fever of 104 degrees Fahrenheit in an adult is considered a medical emergency and requires immediate medical attention; this high temperature is called hyperpyrexia and should be treated as a serious situation, prompting a call to emergency services or a visit to the nearest emergency room.
oh nice, this nice ass drawing style comes back from 8 days ago with the ceo's daughter pinned her mistakes story. the story and thumbnail looks so much like 3 months ago called "My Wife Collapsed & I Got Fired After I Took an Emergency Day Off! But My Wife is…". 2:17-2:47 right? 4:17 stunning 😍 13:45 beautiful 😍 14:27 at least the son has some damn sense. 16:23 can't forget this lovely last shot 😍😍 now, i'm reminded of a little bit of 4 months ago called "After I Warned the COO's Favorite Spoiled Employee, I Got Called In For a Talk…" just for the "favoring" part mixed with some of a year ago's clip called "CEO’s Daughter and I Take Revenge on Ex Company After CEO's Son Stole My GF & Work". i see yui rocking out that trendy hairstyle much like from yesterday with my rude coworkers story. i'm starting to think the writers don't know the difference between getting fired and quitting because after some time, it's clear to me in THEIR minds, quitting is labeled "getting fired" according to some people.
I'm all for treating everyone equally. But this also means that you treat everyone with the same level of consideration and respect you would show yourself. Occasionally circumstances warrant further consideration and some other circumstances require a more firm response. We may all be equal as human beings but there are some days where life just deals us a losing hand. And those are the times we as human beings need those in a position of power to put forward compassion not cold logic.

"Snatched a lot of our staff" "telling the higher ups about this" Are you a man-baby? A company is like a kingdom. No matter how well you pay them, everyone has their limit. Even machines as well. No amount of money can buy loyalty, only service. But service WITH loyalty? That's a company that's been treating their employees right.
Truly the the best revenge is to show the former company who never valued them like Seiichiro is to succeed using the methods that build TRUST among suppliers and clientele. In the customers and staff. The staff understood even that much. And using said methods to build connections is also key. Seiichiro didn’t learn those lessons. Even hi# own son Kyocera understood Keiichi’s method and values. Ironic.
@Normal_is_boring25 meh. I usually take some medicine and just sleep that off. But my body don't tell me how sick/injured I actually am. Now I will say 106°f do hit pretty hard.
I use celsius and i can assure that 104 farenheit means you have to stay at home and not move a single finger from the bed. This high quantity of degrees make you struggle even on eating, which you have to do in order to use medicines (some medicines requires to have eaten first. (Can't use sweets like chocolate or croissants))
Most people who have high grade fever knows how hard it is just to wake up and go to work. And Seiichiro has ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION for other people whatsoever. Seiichiro is another dime a dozen self-centered bozo that only thinks about himself and would only do things that benefits himself. Also nice to see Kyohei doing well for himself and you know it's bad when your own son called you out for your shady shenanigans. And as Kyohei goes up, Seiichiro is hitting rock bottom. Also wishing both Yui and Keiichi good luck and success in both business and personal lives as a married couple!
I once had a fever of 42 C and this was hell, I couldn't do anything, just lay in bed in the hospital. Sometimes I drifted to sleep and that's how my first day was. I stay awake for a few hours than sleep. But on the second day temperature went down and I managed somehow to eat soup. I don't know what it was or what happened that made me get this kind of fever.
Still you made the right thing. You stayed at the bed bc you were unable to do anything at all. It would have really been more difficult to you to be brought to the hospital.
That guy is completely oblivious to how his words and actions are effecting others. Or what his own workers actually do. Like anyone who doesnt pay attention to their own workers is just asking to have things done wrong or secret that they normally should not be doing. They also deal with food and supplies and you want sick people to show up? Like i know its an old school way of thinking that even if someone is sick they should come to work but each person gets sick a bit differently like if you have like a stuffy nose and runny eyes but no fever maybe you can go to work but if you have high fever and everything else associated with a cold or flu DONT GO TO WORK. If he wanted to be CEO so much then maybe he should realize that the people around him matter just as much as those they do business with and like any plan in a hectic environment not making it fluid and only strict means stuff goes wrong.
No. It's better to ask a doctor to go at home. 104 farenheit makes you unable to do almost anything at all. Trying to move to get to any veichle to go the hospital is out of the question.
He totally gets it? Yeah, right. Then again, maybe he does. Perhaps Yui's taking care of Keiichi? Playing doctor or nurse? Heh, heh, heh. I can understand Seiichiro need to be fair and follow the rules, but there are times when unexpected things happen, and he should be flexible during those times.

Very high body temperatures can have several consequences: Disruption of the functioning of enzymes Just look it up, it won't cost you anything, just a little effort
Aftermath: Seiichiro decide to resign and live off his son Kyohei only for Kyohei to tell him he won't be supporting him and he has to find a job to support himself. Seiichiro try his luck at the rival company only to find out he's only the department manager not the department head. He was then scolded by his department head after his strict no flexibility rule cost the company restaurant to drop in sales and employees start complaining about how he treated them. He was then told to change or get demoted to a staff position where another employee that has more common sense well take over his position as department manager. Seiichiro decide to keep up his rule resulting in him getting demoted to a staff position where he wonder what did he do wrong. The new department manager decide to send Seiichiro to one of the company manage location and let him see what he did wrong. As Seiichiro head to the recommended location he still wonder what he did wrong only to find out what he did wrong when he arrive at the location. The restaurant was near empty at peak hours, customers are complaining the food taste horrible, and staff are constantly apologizing. When one staff ask the manager to allow them to leave to pick up their kid from daycare that manager shake his head and tells the staff due to the rule that's not possible. It was then Seiichiro understand what he did wrong and why his son became more successful then him back at Doki Doki. When he return to the office the department manager and department head ask did he realize what he did wrong only for Seiichiro to reply yes. After a few month Seiichiro change how he acted and manage to return being the department manager where he change his rules to be more flexible.
Yo editor aoharu ur stories are awsome but bro u can change the name of the main character u know i mean i don't wanna make u feel bad but ur can give name from urself so the stroy can be even better ok?
(2 days ago's post) wait, haven't we seen something like this before? looks like i get to see this drawing style again from 3 days ago but to think i'd see haruko from 2 weeks ago called "I went to tell my wife that I won the lottery, but before I could, she demanded a divorce and..." and aila on the same week called "The CEO's daughter fires me for always staying late, but one month later, the CEO... ". this is too much like 3 weeks ago called "A coworker steals my fiance right before our wedding so I left the company... Then my CEO friend..." mixed with last month called "My stepsister always steals my boyfriends and even my fiance until I dated a fat man but then...". 1:26 the cobwebs look scary on here. haruko should've kept her long hair instead of cutting it. she looked so nice with it on. it's the first time seeing aila having twin tails AND straight long hair down before. let's be real, who's a bigger asshole? hatsuo or taizo?
Afterstory: After Seiichiro got demoted, Kyohei apologised to Keiichi,Yui, her father the CEO and other employees about his self esteem father. Everyone knows that Kyohei is a decent person and also a victim,so they didn't blame him but appreciate him. " Kyohei, you can continued to work here. After all, you treated everyone equally. So, I decided promoted you as a boss. " Yui said. Seeing everyone smile, Kyohei shed tears." Thanks everyone." Thanks to Keiichi's effort, Yui's company went thriving. However, Seiichiro got a hardship. Kyohei tells his mother about how his father treated his employees unfairly and he also force the CEO's son in law to work when he got a serious fever. When his wife heard from his son, she got so mad because he always did the same way to her. So now, Seiichiro not only got demoted as chief in another department, but also got divorced. Extra: Soon, Keiichi and Yui have adorable baby boy name Sho. A few days later, Kyohei introduced Keiichi and Yui to meet his fiancée named Abby who's from United Kingdom. And so,Kyohei got married. Later on, Yui asked Kyohei about his father. According to Kyohei, his father once called him the other day but he declined, it turns out he had heard from the neighbours said that Seiichiro being cut ties by his parents, relatives and his friends, even though he got demoted,he hasn't changed at all. Soon after,he got fired. Rumours about,he works in the black company.
Only one small issue with this story, Yui couldn't promote Kyohei because she and Keichi started their own restaurant. Other than that little detail, it's a good story 👍
An antagonist's son that ACTUALLY has common sense and actually his dad accountable without being a total douche? That was quite a rare and refreshing surprise.

Thank CHRIST he didn’t take after Seiichiro
I had a feeling he would be a sensible person as soon as his dad started comparing his sickness with Keiichi’s
Plus, he has the non-antagonistic side character voice
I am glad that Kyohei has more common sense than his own father when it comes to work.
It really makes it seem like a generational thing, as the children (Yui, Keiichi, and Kyohei) have more common sense than the higher ups.
He was like, "Dad, chill. It ain't that serious. Stop making things more difficult than they already are."
This artist is very talented, but its funny that Yui's eyes have the most high budgeted details than the whole manga

104 degrees of temperature? Sounds like it's a fever. In my country, if 37 degrees, it's minor fever. But if is 38-41, it's a serious fever

@Maninawig , yes it is.

Keiichi having a fever of 104 degrees? Editor-kun forgot to put fahrenheit in the title. It must be 104 degrees fahrenheit= 40 degrees celsius.
Correct I was fever of +40*C from heavy job and my boss said “take well soon” after it. It is okay right now

Wow 104 degrees😂😂
104 DEGREES FEVER?! HOW'S HE ALIVE?!
You guys/gals should try animation for 1 of the stories.
5:26, if you do not have products to sell, then how can you do business?
Mekimeki 😁🙈
A few days later, Kyohei introduced
Keiichi and Yui to meet his fiancée named Abby who's from United Kingdom.
@theperceptor9287 , really? I didn't know that but thank you
@@小奧-k8e it's all good 👍
@小奧-k8e .Maybe actually watch the video first next time, before making a silly afterstory.
Next time use celcius please.
