what disney did to girl meets world is so messed up. The acrtesses were willing to go into lgbtq territory. They even mentioned a Riley/Maya ship. Then Disney axes them to put on a show where a character's mother was thought to be her sister and she has a gay best friend. If they could do that with Andie Mack why couldn't they go there with Girl Meets World? Why did they cancel it when things could have gone in that direction. They had just started highschool and worked out the Lucas love triangle. Then Rowan Blanchard had publicly made comments about exploring a relationship between her and Sabrina Carpenter's characters. Even Sabrina hadn't had an issue with it. However people were saying....Oh, it's a kid's show, we can't do these things. The world isn't ready...it's Disney. Okay fine but, they went further with Andie Mack so...….I don't get it. Exploring sexuality was too much for Disney?
