I really like this home. I would swap out the window in the dining room for French doors.

French doors or a slider for sure.

The layout and size for the price is good, if you buy a lot model you can get it for less and sometimes have furniture thrown in with the deal, the draw back is being able to pick your own options and colors, everything comes down to $$. Good luck and congratulations on buying your new home, to me that is the American dream.

1:54 Utility room/laundry room is an okay size. I hate carpet when you have pets you do not need carpet. You can get the same effect with a rug. The events need to be in the ceiling instead of the floor it really does making placing furniture trick. The windows in the 2nd living area i would get them to remove them make it a true media haven. I do not need nor want a tub give me a big walk in shower with bench seating.(I have bad hips so if i get down in a tub i am not coming up for a long while lol)This home is lovely but pricey. This place would be great for a family of 5 plenty of space for the kiddos it is a true entertainers home.

I agree with the carpet, especially if you have kids or pets, it won't be long before it looks bad, area rugs are a better choice, easy to clean or replace, the floor registers are not always an option, depends on where you live or how much you want to pay, to have them in the ceiling is more expensive.

For that price it should have sheetrock.

The walls are sheetrock panels with furring strips, if you get a modular home or pay extra for tapped and painted sheetrock walls, your talking another 40 to 50k, some folks take out the strips tape and paint the walls themselves later down the road to save money.

I don’t like the way they did the color on the outside. The white is too stark.
