In 1971, some friends and I bought a then-new Sportster. The bike eventually became a NorCal-styled chopper. We entered the bike in a few shows. Sadly, the bike was stolen in 1974. Once you sort out that clutch and kicker problem, that '71 Sporty is going to be a solid ride. Thanks Yama and Mike. Ride safe -- W
I saw Joey on the Blue bike yesterday commuting home through traffic on 280 South and was legit excited! Wanted to wave out my car but realized he has no idea who I am….Keep it up guys!
My pop bought the fist XLCH in our area in '67. In the '80's I had used sportsters of the early '70's since they were cheap transportation and usually needed work. Good to see some of this old hardware, probably on its third lease on life, still rolling.
The high shoulder wheels you refer to are call Akron aluminum racing wheels. Everyone called them akron's for short.Akron Ohio where they were made. Koll vids you guys are putting out man, Thanks
3.50 by 19 Avon Speed master available many places online. I just bought one from Chapparral on Ebay. Also bought Avon 4.00 by 18 made to go with the front speed master.

WTH?!??!? What is with you and stop signs? Kind of irresponsible to set such an example to your viewers. This kind if behaviour reflects very poorly on the entire motorcycle community.
You're killing me with the stop signs!
One of the best chopper shows on TH-cam brother. Keep it up.
