Whether his father told him to get the phone or not he shouldn't be forcing himself on the boy to get the phone. He put hands on the boy and he defended himself. And if his father did tell the security to get the phone and he got hurt in the process then he should be suing the father not the son. He just looking for a pay out.

Apparently there was no notice given to the Sanders or the Attroney! You can’t have a judgement or court appearance without notifying all parties! Especially about a trial. All parties must be notified!

I know that they didn't have a proper address for Shiloh. I don't know if that's why he missed the date.

@@chalkdog3095 it was the Dallas court that admitted they never sent shilo a notice because they had no updated mailing address. And you are right, everyone knew shilo was in Jackson MS at the time so if the court did not send him a notice, that's on them not him.

He was in Jackson MS and everyone knew it, so they had every opportunity to serve him and give him notice of the case and they did not! Shilo was 15 years old and saw things in that house that we didn’t see. Deion is no Angel. Stop acting like he didn’t plot this to make the mother look guilty. Out of everything that happened, those children suffered the most, even the oldest two.

The dude was hurt. You need to know the entire story. I have a friend who sustained the same injuries as he and was awarded 11 million. Dude couldn’t fake what happened to him. This was not a money grab. SMH. He should’ve been paid in 2016
What was he going to pay him with? He was a 15-year-old high school student at the time. The court date was in 2022 and Shilo didn't show up in court because he wasn't served/notified. Which is stupid because he was attending JSU so he wasn't hard to find.

Shilo knows a lot that he’s not telling on his father which is why their relationship is so tense. Deion was being sly, slick and wicked, he’s no angel.
