The voice of sanity, mechanical excellence and talent for the shop. Without you there … it wouldn’t be as successful ! Thanks for sharing your immense knowledge and skill with us.
You might want to think of making a defuser in that box to turn the air towards the radiator or the air will just fight itself coming in each side.....it will make the air go towards the radiator independently from each side.
I would love to see you guys wind tunnel test the corvair and see if the air flow flows the way you hoped. Would be interesting to see how much downforce the car has at the rear and if it would need a spoiler.
Is that the first Fat Jack 56 Ford p//u in the next room? Talked to owner of both the trucks in Scottsdale. What a nice guy, very forthcoming, can't wait to see the "double truck" magazine article!
I've been watching car building shows for years. All the majors ones from Chip foose to Westcost customs to Gas Monkey Garage, and many more). IMHO this channel beats them all. The only one that comes close is Bitchin Rides.
Love this channel and the content. Thanks! QUESTION...I learned Corvairs were unstable at high speeds due to the design. I don't know if this was true when I heard about it, but if it is, will something custom be done to fix the aerodynamics issues from the factory design? Thanks!
“Helmet storage behind driver and purse storage behind passenger “? Might need to check your sexism at the door when you open up shop. Love the build, great Corvair.
It's great to watch the progress on this unique build. Thanks guys.
Great job, Scott. It was great to talk to you a couple weeks ago.

I wonder what the trunk lid will look like to accommodate that radiator?
How do you guys deal with the corrosion that can happen with dissimilar metals (raw aluminum bolted to raw steel)?
👍🏼👍🏼
Good afternoon sir, what type of product do you use for your patterns? And where do you purchase it? Thank you.
Try looking for roll of Ramboard floor protection in your local home improvement store.
Will it remain bare metal
It’ll get painted.
What is the budget for this build? I'm guessing half a mil...
Love that progress and the new body. Hope you completely redoing the nose. To me that a big part of why the corsair is ugly.
