That was one of the best times of my life....Flatley obsessed. I was Chef Blarney in Flatleyland. My family went to see LOTD, FOF, and CT. I would go again if he came here.
Watching this is just so awsome, I mean to be able to move like that, walking on air is just so coool. Lord of the Dance and Riverdance are an amazing group of people.
my moms dad was from Dublin and he'd drink his Irish whiskey and try to dance the river dance. it was so funny because he could never keep up with it.Micheal Flatley is great
It's Flatley for sure! His arrogance, style and talent is there to see. Just older and heavier. He was the Ali of dance! A total big head that happened to deliver an incredible performance every time. Brilliant! As he wouldl tell you himself.
Wow !!! This is really amazing. I couldn't believe that those are human feet. It makes me want to tapdance too. Thanks for showing me what else human can do.
Tacky is an understatement. If you manage to get through the rest of the show without feeling disgusted and embarrassed, then congratulations. After the initial success of Lord of the Dance' in 1996, his shows began to take on a heavily sexual format. The dancing and music became secondary and that's a shame considering the fact that he helped create Riverdance.😮. He's gone too far in the wrong direction. Don't take young kids to see these shows and I wouldn't go either. They are nothing but sleazefests.
He does give credit to his other dancers. He always talks about how brilliant they are. And I see nothing wrong with Yankee Doodle. He knows how to take a well known song and give it a new twist.
there is only 1 lord of the dance!!! and that's michael flatley! yes they changed, some better, some worse, but there is no better entertainer on a stage like him...
The woman he hugged was the lady (Niamh) he was dating and engaged to at the time. They married soon after this and she had a baby in 2006. She and Michael are still happily married and he, Niamh and their son live in a castle in Ireland.
I don't have to live with Michael Flatley so I don't care what kind of personality he has: I just like to see him dance. The only thing I really dislike about this performance is the crowd making all the racket all the way through. A big part of this type of dancing is the sound of the shoes hitting the floor, and the crowd makes that hard to hear clearly.
Flatley retired some time ago. Age caught up with his knees. Also he is a father now which is a whole new adventure. He does have groups however, who are touring somewhere all the time. Before retireing, he did perform Lord of the Dance for 3d experience.
So what if some dancers made a mistake! People make mistakes but it's still pretty awesome!!!! In every performance with this many dancers someone will not quite get it right but as long as they don't fall on their ass and quit, so what!!!!!!!
I love Riverdance, and I love to watch him in it, but I also don't think Riverdance was quite HIM. His shows are so dramatically different, and his personality seems looser in his shows, which gives me the impression that if he had been in charge of Riverdance, it would have been different.
всё-таки с программой Lord of the Dance ничто не сравнится!))
If you really do love Celtic music and dance, go to Nova Scotia, Canada, esp. Cape Breton Island, where most of the people there emigrated from Celtic and Gael peoples of Ireland and Scotland, by the 10,000's early last century. They have their own unique Celtic language and their cultural heritage is everywhere!!!! It is the only true, Celt/Gael Culture outside of the U.K. and it worth the visit.......love Cape Breton Island and the Irish-type wool weaving and knitting still done there.....a must see place!

If you guys don't like Michael Flatley why are you watching him? It's always easy to be a critic.
I've tried so hard to do Irish dancing but it is so hard. The only reason I still do it is because I want to go back to my roots... GO ÉRIE!!!
Doamne , cum pot unii!!!!!!!!
He does give credit to his other dancers. He always talks about how brilliant they are. And I see nothing wrong with Yankee Doodle. He knows how to take a well known song and give it a new twist.

I was wondering who she was.. thanks
True. She was Niamh O’Brien, now Niamh Flatley, they have one son and live in Castle Hyde, Ireland. She was also in the original Riverdance.
Szuper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really want to press the like button x1000000 but i cant... :(

🙋🙋🙋🙋🙋🙋🙋🙋🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Great entertainment.
I respect Michael Flatley a lot. He was the one that got me to start dancing. But I always got an air of prissy-ness and it still bothers me- lol
what is the song right at the start called??
Billie Kaulitz It's the Saint Patrick's Day set.
🌍🙆
@TaylorMarita I've heard that it's his wife.

They’re at a live show. What do you expect them to do at at? Sit on their hands?
what title music 6:07
2.34 ?
so what ever happened to the " lord of the dance"?
Flatley retired some time ago. Age caught up with his knees. Also he is a father now which is a whole new adventure. He does have groups however, who are touring somewhere all the time. Before retireing, he did perform Lord of the Dance for 3d experience.
LA MULTI ANI MICHAEL

I love Riverdance, and I love to watch him in it, but I also don't think Riverdance was quite HIM. His shows are so dramatically different, and his personality seems looser in his shows, which gives me the impression that if he had been in charge of Riverdance, it would have been different.
revacohe
this main dancer.. is kinda charmer

Ukraine 🇺🇦
He used to be a womanizer. I've been told that he no longer is, but he probably still has a little of that machismo in him.
With all due respect, while he can still dance, I think that outfit looks silly on him.
Tap dancing was never my interest ...........until now that is
lisete lazo This is actually Irish dance, not tap.
This is Irish Step Dance. Or Irish Dance. NOT Tapdance.
real talented and all, but he needs to give credit to all the other dancers......his ego is way to big...YANKEE DOODLE..LOL!
He could take this to Las Vegas! Too bad I love Celtic music and dancing but this guy messes it up for me. His facial expressions are laughable.

Not at all.
