    Thanks for the ride. And show. I can not handle the dirt in the air and diesel exhaust in the air. To breath. Cheeseburger with diesel exhaust. Lemon aid and ice cream. Oo what flavor. Later

    Love those big Olivers and Internationals....good stuff...Ford's are tuff too...👍 Thanks for sharing..thats real tractor pulling in my opinion. These are tractors our neighbors had growing up on a farm...Stock of course ..They were the biggest and baddest at the time and were styled too.👍 We had a G1000 Moline....he woulda pulled with these boys too😁

      There is a Moline in this bunch. But the points champion said, "It's my son TJ's and he wants me to work on it. He needs to work on it!" He said it may be out next year. Can't wait!

    I agree with the below post on safety equipment. At a minimum helments and roll bars with harness. None of this stuff is worth getting killed over. So easy to be hurt with that stuff. Otherwise a good show.........

      No argument here. See my response to the OP.

    new guy here- looks like the sled driver is over correcting?

    • @WWPTV
      @WWPTV  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I can see how one would think that. He has to set the sled to the hottest tractor/vehicle/driver combination for each class pulling. If you get the winning hook between 280 and 320 you are doing great.

    Great video! What kind of motor would the 1755 be running?

    As always excellent video! 👍 Just crazy to me no one elects to wear at least a helmet. I'm very involved in diesel drag racing, and love diesel motorsports, and it just doesn't seem right with "stock" tractors running that type of boost/power with no driver safety. To each their own!!!!

      In drag racing, the helmet is required correct? What a person has to do versus what they should to do is very far apart some times. These guys know I talk to them all the time. We were literally talking about roll cages are way safer than roll bars. And it is hot, and you don't feel like being hotter. But safety is what we should be striving for. There are some pullers that you can count how fast they get their helmet off after the run. I find comedy in their doing so. You would think it was the helmet was made of thorns!

      @@WWPTV Heck yea a cage would be steps over just a bar. Helmet in drag is, I believe, 13.99 or faster. If they think its hot at night pulling on an open tractor, they will never cross to drag racing 😂. In the new car, which will be debuting at Rudy's this weekend (sucks no pulling at this race), we took a temp of 118* after 1/8th mile pass, outside temp was 81*. The trans case was 160 right next to the driver! Would think some folks would at least have eye protection of some type with the dirt flying, stack blowing back, etc. Could see driver getting something in their eyes and loose control that quick. I've seen guys getting helmet off so fast you wouldn't think they ever put 1 on lol. As long as everyone is happy with what they are doing, doesn't bother me any. I won't feel it 😎, and I'll keep on watching on those long road trips anyway!! Thanks again for all the vids, yall do an awesome job.

      13.99 seconds is going how fast roughly? 65 MPH? The fastest guys in pulling are going half of that speed. 33 MPH was the fastest we had the other night. Between the green flag, the rev up, and the run you are looking at maybe 10 seconds of spool up and 20 seconds for the run. Still, it is not a lot of time to react if it got squirrelly when you have 40,000 pounds of weight behind you. These altered farm tractors are going down the track maybe 19/20MPH.
      Thanks for the compliment.

    Good coverage, but these tractors aren’t near as strong as what they ran in Iowa & Nebraska in the 70’s

    At 3:17 the guys left wheel looked a little off like it was missing bolts or something
