GOOD DRAMA. I love the fact that the story is DIFFERENT from the other stories. There was no mental or physical abuse. The actress FL was so beautiful, although the wardrobe was the same throughout the story (but it understandable as they were in difficult times of famine). All in all, an ENTERTAINING, INNOVATIVE DRAMA.
It's a fun premise. I love Chinese shows, there are so many choices & the actors are excellent, the costumes & sets beautiful, but why does this nice show have wonky English translations? The pronouins are all mixed up & many of the words put together don't actually make any sense. I hope that maybe this could get corrected because it's challenging to watch a show when the subtitles aren't accurate. And it's a cute show that deserves to be treated well.

SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! A famous actor is proposed to in front of the cameras. When he refuses and reveals his GF, an agricultural doctor, the “bride” that proposed stabs her to death. She then somehow transmigrates into ancient times and wakes up in the body of an unfavored Princess who was starved to death by the servants and attempted to be buried. When she crawls out of the shallow grave, she receives the memories from her body’s original owner. Apparently her husband. the Prince (ML), was forced to marry her (now FL) - as a humiliation - by his brother, the Crown Prince. So ML cut her off, leading the servant to lose respect for and mistreat her (like physical violence and bad/no food) - ultimately leading to her death. A spirit appears in her mind, telling her that her life is not over so he has placed her in this new body and granted her the power to heal all diseases, using a small bottle - if her heart is in it. When she tries to leave the Palace, she runs into an unconscious man, looking exactly like her BF, the actor, in modern times. She takes him in, treats his wounds and feeds him the contents of her “Fountain of life”. When he wakes up, she can’t help kissing him, thinking he is her BF, so that’s natural. That causes him to prevent her from leaving the Palace, since he is in fact…her husband, the Prince (ML) who is rumored to be in a vegetative state. He chooses not to tell her but lets her leave with his personal aid tailing her. Seeing that she is behaving very differently than before and wants to divorce her husband, he continues to hide his identity. Well, not spoiling too much, this has a happy ending.

Good quality filming, lighting, makeup, some great costumes on the males (females too, but they weren't really beautiful or elaborate as a couple of the males' were). The plot was kind of basic. Like, it had a lot of good elements, but they were sped up in implementation since this is so short (1hr 13min). The subtitles for English were a bit confusing in spots. Nothing toooo bad, but I am sure I missed an interesting point or two. I recommend for a short non-heavy watch. Like something you'd watch when you were tired and wanted a small bowl of vanilla ice cream instead of a full sundae. It was good and the ending was good except SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT I am sad that the ending did not relieve her past boyfriend of what undoubtedly had to be his grief. Also, what was the whole part about the 800 soldiers? They didn't' seem to come into play anywhere?
I was so mad at ml for starving fl but it turns out that it was a misunderstanding. I'm glad he didn't unintentionally k word her. Fl held her own after the time swap. Both leads could've had more communication between them to strengthen their bond but I guess when one of them is lying it's a bit difficult to do so. Ending was rushed so there were minor plot holes. I feel bad for present ml since he's now all alone and fl that misses her family, friends, and dog but overall good drama with ml loyal to fl.

女主霸氣不弱雞 對男主親親挺主動有甜到 這劇好看值得推薦！
屬穿越題材，這短劇時長偏短，但算流暢完整，男主有點娃娃臉，劇中男子的服裝打扮細緻度不輸女生，除了太子的蟑螂鬚讓我好出戲，算是可輕鬆快速一看😊
