- If you don't know of Eric Hjorleifson, aka Hoji, that's probably what he intended. But it is a name you should most definitely familiarize yourself with. Hoji is hands down one of the greatest skiers of all-time. This closing montage from his 2018 feature film is evidence of that. Personally there’s nobody I’d rather watch ski a line than hoji. I think the best quality he has is that his skiing never looks ego driven, but direct passion for a fun line that he’ll enjoy. Still absolutely psycho skiing but while many are trying the Aggro-ego huck fest, hojis refined skiing is very unique. Extremely enjoyable to watch.
Candide Thovex for me but Hoji is number 2 for sure

Jean Claude Killy, Ingemar Stenmark, Scott Schmidt, Shane McConkey, Candide, Hoji, Vonn, Shiffrin etc etc etc. There is no such thing as the greatest skier of all time, there are just great skiers in different generations.
He's not just a great skier, but an awesome athlete. You need to spend a huge a amount of time working out to ski at that level. Amazing.
