Just hard reset the phone again then after reset connect to wifi the do the bypass process.. Don't click the next button after you connect to wifi, just click back and do the bypass process.. Hope it works foryou.. Keep safe..

Try using hotspot connecrion bro.. Don,'t connect to regular wifi connecrion.. Hope it works for you..
