well they can tanjiro killed lower 1, upper 6, upper 4 and upper 3 (and muzan) but all was with help zenitsu killed upper 6 (new) in a pure 1v1 (and help do kill muzan) and inosuke well he killed upper 2 with the help of kanao and shinobu (and help do kill muzan)

Sanemi had the most pleasant change, as he was finally at peace and adored Nezuko like his own sibling (not to mention the guilt and apologetic regret of stabbing her multiple times during the first encounter)
during the end of the manga after muzan is defeated, nezuko reminds sanemi as genya how genya loved to sleep just like nezuko and he gets flashbacks of him. it’s actually heartbreaking 💔
