If needed, is there a way for Guest Users to see records they are not assigned to?

Is this also available in Airtable?

There is a read-only role in Airtable, but it can't interact with the data (edit) anything. The guest role in SmartSuite is more powerful.

I want to grant editor access to a employee, but I don't want him to see some columns in that table, is there a way to do this?

Yes, you can control permissions at the field (column) level!

Thanks for answering, I am having some trouble at this, I select in the field level that "nobody" can see it or "edit it" because these fields contain sensible information, but because the employee is an editor in the solution level he is still able to see those fields, I need the employee to have editor access but not see everything in all the apps! is there a way to work around this?@@GarethPronovost
