I can imagine the pain that man is going through. Pressure ulcers is the most painful thing especially if infected. All he needs is strong antibiotics and a vac dressing machine which will suck the pus and seal the wound. Keep the dressing clean and he needs good nutrition if possible supplements to go hand in hand with treatment.
