In ‘03 this album blew my mind! I was 15 goin on 16 and I loved it! Also understanding the circumstances behind this album makes it understandable to me. I think it adds an interesting set of songs to their catalog. They also stated they wanted a raw/garage type sound. Which is what it is. It’s most assuredly not their best work but a necessary step to keep them together and to get them to where they are now. I personally like the album! I know that’s not a popular opinion but I like it! Still get into 20 years later, I like the unnamed feeling the most. Glad you fellas did a little break down of it 20 years later and All with in my hands is definitely a great acoustic song, I think the entire St Anger album is brutal and raw and that is what makes it interesting to me.
