i was going through the ringer really bad and i called brandon novak.
he put his number out for people to call struggling with addiction and i definitely thought he wouldn't answer... why would somebody that famous answer my call?
he answered and talked to me for about 20 minutes. i couldnt believe it.
i went to a sober house after that and ended up in a 30 day rehab facility.
novak saved my life. keep doing what you do man.

I've never met Mr. Novak, but in spirit he feels like a brother to me. I am a recovering addict myself, and his story really resonates with me on the highest level. It's awesome to see how great he is doing, after where he has been!
I like how both airy and cozy this space is along with the wooded elements despite being in an urban area
It's very inspiring watching this and seeing how well he's doing as opposed to how lost and unhealthy he was in the past in the Viva La Bam etc. stuff.
I met you years ago and would like to say thank you for being the supportive of the band I was in at the time. You were beyond a nice guy but Seeing the person you were then to the person you’ve become is leaps and bounds. Be proud and keep on doing what your doing, and thank you for supporting people who are in need.

what a beautiful, aestetik and calm home.. totally reflects the way I hear /see you since your sober videos! struggled half my life with drugs - doing much better since moved to the country side (up in the gorgeous mountains of Austria!) l'm a big fan of yours since the late 90's - which wasn't easy to get big brother tapes etc here in the middle of Europe ;) but for me YOU have always been a true "dare 😈" and I guess the hardest "trick " / move to learn is how to be and stay sober!! peace and love 💚 stephie

Brandon I hope to get to meet or talk with u one day , u are such an Inspiration to recovering addicts on how to stay clean and u said the most important thing in this video when u mentioned that pic u look at every day is to “remember where u came from “ ! I to am a recovering addict and that is something that sticks in my head u can so easily go back and forget ! I’m glad u are here to help others see that there’s so much more in life than getting high and I’m happy that u stay clean y give others hope !

I remember listening to Brandon Novak/Bam Margera on The Howard Stern Show once. Pure insanity and craziness. It's so awesome to see how far Novak has come since that episode.
Well done bro. Life is so much better when you're clean. It'll be 5 years for me next month and I couldn't be happier. I had to cut ties with everyone from that past life and I never looked back. You inspire a lot of people man, keep it up. For anyone reading this comment I hope you achieve whatever you set your mind too and have a Fantastic day.

Hey brother i dont know if u read these comment's but i just want to say u inspire me every day to stay sober. Pills were my thing up too 300 mg of perks. Yeah 300 mg 45 days of hell coming off them cold turkey definitely wasn't the smartest thing to do but i did it. Brother u r my hope to strong n stay sober god speed brother

Im 33 been using since i was 20. 3 years ago 8 met a guy in front 9f the helping up mission on Baltimore st who gave me cloths money and told me about your road to recovery. I forgot his name but since then I watch are your videos. Im not in South Florida on the street detoxed but lost my job to covid. Trying to find a place to go. You keep me positive every day. I'm very OCD as well. Thing's have to have a certain place, otherwise i forget where i put stuff. The kitchen is where i spend most of my time now. I love to juice and eating is my new addiction...
I have had an apartment for 10 year's, but i only just got sober. I never had any furniture because i drank alone. Now i have a place full of thing's and i still spend most of my time alone. I drank for nearly 20 year's and lost most of the good friend's i had.
