NCD Urbanization program was on 2018 for most of the portions. After the Urbanization roll out the very people in 2018 tried to Evict settlers on that portion. But failed after intervention of John Kaupa and some other leaders. Here we are again 2024 and the same thing repeated only this time lives being lost.😢
