There are many Priests, Nuns and Seminarians from Guiuan, I think.
I have been visiting Guiuan yearly since 2005 . The last 7 years, I stayed at least 2 months everytime. I observed that the Guiuananons are very religious and that about only 30% of the residents are natives of Guiuan town. Most have left and the residents today come from the Islands under the municipaliy of Guiuan or from other Barangays of Eastern Samar. There is a need to coordinate efforts to improve
Guiuan and this can only happen thru the leadership or cooperation of Guiuananons themselves. One project that should be led is an
ORPHANAGE and Home for unprotected old/disabled people . There are some Guiuananons who own big real estate properties. Perhaps they can donate a small lot for this project. As of last year, there is no public LIBRARY. This can also be considered. God bless!!

Nice coverage. Last June, I joined the DAWN PILGRIMAGE to "St. Anthony of Padua Shrine by the Sea " at Sulangan Island. St. Anthony is known for miracles granted to Devotees, hence, the Shrine is getting more and more Visitors coming also from distant places.
AURAPHIL thanks for sharing. HAPPY , HEALTHY and PEACEFUL New Year 2017 to everyone.
