@@lo4568 Yeah that's cause we're young. Look at that recent video of an old woman that used SPF on her face but not her neck. It's crazy how much we can do for our skin by doing the most basic shit.
All you need is a basic cleansing face wash, and a normal face moisturizer (it's different from body moisturizer) and a sunscreen(spf more than 30). All these comes under 5 bucks. I know how you feel, in my country skincare products are expensive, even the most basic ones, all you have to do is to just save up for a month or 2 for it. Remember, first cleanse, then moisturize, then use sunscreen. If you do these 3 everyday, your skin will become perfect. (Do this 2 times a day, morning and evening/night. also, only use sunscreen in mornings)
Toner goes on after the 2 step cleansing method or after any cleansing method. Toner helps other products more easily absorb into the skin and be more effective! Apply while your skin is slightly damp but not soaked. My skincare for my combo skin: 1. Oil cleanser 2. Water based cleanser 3. Chemical exfoliant like BHA or AHA 2x a week 4. Clay mask 2-3x a week (during the summer I'll gently steam my face beforehand 1-2x a week) 5. Toner (I use 2 different types depending on what season) 5. Spot treatment 7. Essence 8. Serum 9. Hydrating or calming face mask 1-2x a week 10. Moisturizer 12. Cream or balm 13. Sunscreen (daytime) But if someone desires a simple routine & it has the essentials... 1. Cleanser (If you have oily or combo skin oil the double cleansing method will be your bff) 2. Toner 3. Moisturizer 4. Sunscreen (daytime)
I've been working on my skincare for 5 years and found some methods that really help my face skin look great: 1. Stay hydrated with plenty of water. 2. Apply fresh Aloe gel on your skin before bed. 3. Cleanse your facial skin with normal water and use litllextra riiceberry face wash wich contains black rice water and use it twice a day. 4. Drink bitter gourd and lauki juice to cleanse the body. 5. Lastly, stay happy! Your skin looks best when you are happy from inside.
Riceberry facial cleanser is amazing for my dry skin because it doesn't leave the skin cracking or drying after washing..it just leaves the skin smooth and hydrating..also, it is fragrance-free.. a must to have on your wash basin.
Personally, I like this RiceBerry face wash for my oily skin. It is not irritating for my skin. I also use it in my double cleansing method in my PM routine.

Hiiii, it’s better not to exfoliate on a dry face (after double cleansing). Use a toner on your face before the chemical exfoliate for it to spread more evenly and it also add an extra layer/barrier to your skin.
No, it's recommended to apply on clean skin. Chemical exfoliants (aha/bha) work at a lower ph to exfoliate so they're less effective after toners/moisturisers since those also have their own ph and alter the skin's natural one. This is why it's good to find ph balancing cleansers but that's optional. Usually you're supposed to wait 15-20 mins after applying the acid before applying toner so the acids aren't neutralised before they actually exfoliate. You could leave it on for 30 but waiting after that is useless since the ph of the acid would have already risen to your skin's one by then. If your skin is sensitive or the acid is strong (like retinol), you can apply moisturiser/toner before as a barrier.
