If they cut it to zero where will the money come from to finished the 6 hospitals and $40 billion spark projects. Simple. Announce who used less than around 150kwh per month, or over 70 percent of JPS customers, paid no gct. Per this video. So the yhreshold is going yo be removed and all pay 7 percent gct. So, I stand by my statement. Based upon the video, 70 percent of JPS customers who currently pay 0 percent GCT will pay 7 percent GCT. 30 percent of customers, those yhat use the most current, who pay 16 percent gct, will be reduced to 7 percent gct. At least according to this video. Now they talk about a rebate based upon usage as well gor the poorer persons, but, as stated, the first result is higher bill gor the poorer people.
