TBF as a European I am siding with Russia. In fact I feel like the Ukraine is simply putting everyone in danger by refusing to surrender. Realistically the Ukraine doesn't stand any chance, they are basically in need of external assistance. If the Ukraine were to join the NATO it would allow other NATO countries to construct military bases there. So I definetly understand why Russia is feeling threatened. This "conflict" has been going on for a while now and I wonder what people expect to happen. Is Russia supposed to sit there fiddling their thumbs for another decade? At which point can you act upon the annexation. I severely dislike the common trend of "daddy USA is going to solve all issues" and then people complain about the intervention anyways. For me the only winner in all these geopolitical fkeries is Switzerland. They never get involved and everyone is living a good lyfe. Meanwhile it is expected by public outroar that I go and support people, risking my life, because they are using the big nations as meatshields. "Just send some troops", serve yourself and perhaps it will change your mind. Even just being on reserve, the moment my country got involved it was all fkd up. Not to mention that this will result in even more refugees that the EU countries simply cannot take anymore. I tolerate anyones opinion but don't go out supporting the Ukraine simply because they are the underdog.

This could've been avoided by simply handing over the former USSR territory. People are waiting for some mystical solution to the war, when it could've been avoided in the first place. Especially with how adamant Klitschko is about "winning this war". That stuff is putting civilians in danger. Sorry but we military personel are not some minions to use for some lazy armchair activists. If China wanted to they could take Taiwan(spoiler eventually it will happen) in seconds, they wouldn't even need more than the manpower in Dongbei. Thinking anything else is just plain ignorance.
I am from Kyiv and thank you for supporting us! My family and me are still in the city and yesterday we were hiding & sleeping in the metro station (subway). Hopefully all of this will be over soon...... I keep hearing explosions in the city center where I live, and I dont know who is shooting, russian army or ukrainian one..... Also, there are marauders now who loot & rob empty apartments of civilians who already escaped, since there is no one inside....so now we have to look out for possible robberies and break-ins as well.... levels of crime in any war situation rise to the extreme since there is no law & order anymore.... Now we have to deal with Russian Army that is bombing the city and advancing to the city center, Ukrainian Army that is defending the city by shooting everyone (including the civilians) who seem suspicious to them, and marauders who now have guns and do what they want..... Crazy times... I just want me and my family to stay alive :(

Haha, that mino end scene gave me Serious Sam vibes fighting off a horde of Khnum and Sirian werebulls. Anyway they also did a slight nerf already on the grudgemarks a while back (prevent/reduced chance of certain combinations), and FS has also confirmed they have an extra grudge mark rebalance in the works.
Pretty nasty combo that needs to be nerfed is Relentlas (Can't be staggered), Rampart (No ranged damage) and Shield Shatter (Ignores your blocks), absolutely should not be a combo that's possible, you have to fight close and there is zero room for error, we had this with a Rat Ogre, as soon as he lands an overhead on you, you can barely move and he just overhead combos you. Can't Bomb it, can't ledge it, have to use melee and DOTs and that's it. Wouldn't be too bad if there were no other enemies about so you can dodge dance it, but with so much other shit around, absolutely devastating, wiped out the whole team.
It's definitely hard to pull off a smile during such dark times. The fact that you pointed it out by saying you simply couldn't do your usual type of intro for this video. I'm positive that anyone who see's this video would honestly be so happy that you truly wish the people of Ukraine well. And this is why you are an amazing individual pk! Keep being awesome mate.
Morgrims bomb + prophetic strike potion is the official meta way to fight 3 grudge bosses on cata and its pretty much consistent to get (unless you roll into 30% for rampart then youre really sad). This combo almost 1 shots them to the point where it trivializes the fight (should probably be heavily nerfed) and makes it so only citadel is actually difficult to finish on cata (due to double boss spawns and the difficulty with obtaining 2 morgrims bombs - always get item duplication for morgrims if you can). Cheers PS: Im willing to give up all my electricity, heat and vermintide for the next year if it helps ending the war in Ukraine. Also shoutout to all the russians publicly opposing the war. The Mario bit on knock backs at 3:35 had me dying 😂 But great guide as always. The last part when dealing with difficult triple grudge marked monsters was especially helpful for me. Had me thinking back to some of my failed cata runs thinking about what my team could’ve done differently.
These monsters are usually the last ones. My experience is that it's best to just try to stay alive until the way to the end is open. They can't be killed when you play with bots or with randoms.
Not so brief history sounds great. Only meta changes I've witnessed are dlc characters. Cant remember any weapon changes that ruined weapons, like dual axes or the firepick. Or conv of decay last. Only heard stories, legends of this cheese method.
Once upon a time. Ranged damage procced temporary hp! xD The strongest class in the game was pyromancer with beam staff! One-Two shotgun attacks into a horde and you were full hp! :DDDD
Great guide! A bit late for me though as I'm done with Wastes :) As far as I recall, Shield-Shatter caused the most fails during my runs. It was not the boss but the horde that killed us as someone inevitably got hit and debuffed. Illusionist was scary on Mino and Stormfiend. Imagine a Rampart, Relentless SF with illusions standing in a straight narrow passage.
Now the nastiest grudge I met was on Mino with relentless, Rampart and Warchief. Its so sad because our boss deleter was BH and our Kruber is on Mercenary while Kerilian is on SOTT. Then bardin was IB with troll hammer. It was all so smooth until that last stage. Oh and we have lightning as a curse for the stage. We also have flag bearers that transformed into new Minos. I hate Catclysm runs on CW.
Love the vid and the speech at the beginning. Is it possible to see a guide on the best ways to fight each boss? Managing your dodge counts, working around attack patterns, etc.

At 9:45 you showed and said that rampart monsters take no damage from barrels. The log said you did some damage and i think i saw a little bit damage on the health bar aswell.
I think you can block the shield breaker, with a combo of boons and traits. My buddy once hat the parry boon (no cost for blocking on parry) on his melee weapon and the every block counts as parry. I don't know if there was vauls anvill, or the perk for immunity after parrying. Long story short, he was laughing at the shield breaker minotaur because he couldn't damage him. Great video

For Invincible, "once every 20 seconds for 5 seconds" is 25% of the time, not 20%. Unless you mean the boss is invincible for 5 seconds, then can be damaged again for 20 more seconds, and goes back and forth like that. That would be the boss becoming invincible every 25 seconds though.
I'm also not sure what that "28.5%" is for up by where it says "Mighty". If that's for uptime, then again, 10 seconds out of 25 is 20%, not 28.5%. Though I guess that does work out if it's 10 seconds out of every 35. So maybe that's what you mean in both cases? If that's what you meant though, it isn't what you said.

Also, worst thing ever: getting dual Illusion monsters at the same time. I've had a game like that. Went wonderfully, then in the end bit of the Citadel, we got a Minotaur, which was great, because we needed it (for the skin) but it was Illusionist, Shield Shatter and Crippling. That was the second boss though, we already had a Ratogre with Illusionist, Shield Shatter and Relentless I think it was. We wiped pretty quickly after those Minotaurs joined the party. Edit: Respect the "fuck you Putin".
It's a set if higher than legend difficulties. Cataclysm can be unlocked by purchasing one of the DLC's and it heavily increases special spawns, ambient spawns, hp/dmg numbers etc. Cataclyms 2 and 3 increases the health and stagger resistance even further as well as allowing for more specials at the same time.
Okay I don't know if I can recreate this, but somehow I was able to damage the monster during invincible. The conditions as much as I can remember was I was playing The Thorn sister, using the thornstaff I had crits explode for range had crits stagger for range. I also think I had chain lightning but I'm not sure. Or was it rampart that I was able to damage through? I think it was rampart and I think the explosion damage was not considered range damage?? Shield shatter cripple illusion ,😭
It could be that the explosions from the ranged explosion crit aren't considered ranged dps by the game since the explosion itself I guess only happens once you hit it with a critical hit. Would have to test that out but it could make sense! :)

The -70% to Knock Back doesn't make it impossible to ledge them, it's possible, we had a run the other day with 2 illusionist monsters in a row and I managed to ledge them both

Yes indeed! But that is from the burn dot that the explosive barrel also applies on top of the explosion dmg :)

The -70% to Knock Back doesn't make it impossible to ledge them, it's possible, we had a run the other day with 2 illusionist monsters in a row and I managed to ledge them both
I never said it was impossible to ledge them due to the -70% knockback! :) It simply makes it require a lot more precision! :)
I really hate these bosses... 🥲
