I all along knew that these modern churches who preach on prosperity gospel are nonsensical & heretical. Turning religious sessions into pop concerts.

Every Christian faces lust of the flush, temptation, depression, guilt, envy, jealousy, attacks of the devil, etc. To say everything is grace here and there and life has no problems at all is a joke. But the world loves jokes. That's why prosperity teaching flourishes.

It is the sins of the flesh especially the desire to get rich that draws many to new creation church and many there find Prince’s false teachings appealing. Moreover, many believers do not read or study the Bible on their own and take whatever Prince tells them as God’s word. So it is easy for a false teacher to quote the Scripture out of context or outright misinterprets the Scripture to give the church members false assurances. May God open their eyes to see through the false teachers. When you see church members displaying the photo of their lead pastor in their homes or offices which I know some NCC members do, you know there is a serious problem. They are worshiping a man rather than God.

Some didn’t attend this church coz of prosperity. An ex colleague of mine attend this church and all our office people knew that he has extra marital affair with a China woman .i told him that was so wrong ! Its adultery . He said it is ok . God loves us and we are just like naughty little children that misbehave at times . God will forgive us !🤦🏻‍♀️many people attend this church coz they wil not be convicted of their sins! Another one told me , we should not try too hard not to sin . Coz we are saved by the grace of God as Joseph price said . No amount of effort will earn us a ticket to heaven . Is by God’s grace that we are saved . Sound correct . But the most outrageous part follows. She then went on to say : tats why pastor says for example if u have the urge to smoke , just go and smoke .after tat come back and repent will do . She said pastor also said he can’t even guarantee if he won’t commit adultery . So no one is perfect and we are saved by the grace of God ! That’s his forte …preaching half truth to deceive people !

Great truth twister by twisting the greatest commandment as the most irrelevant commandment & becomes the greatest deception.

I believe the churches in Singapore should write to the National Council of Churches to highlight the indiscretion of Joseph Prince’s teaching. See Matthew 18:15-20. The Lord has shown us how to deal with such issue. I think leaders of National Council of Churches should do something about it.

Thank God for Jeffrey's courage, which is the courage to say that:
    1. what is right is right and
    2. what is wrong is wrong
Yes, he is right to say that the testimonies that Joseph Prince got his pastors to read out every Sunday are cherry-picked like the way he cherry-picks the Bible verses, to support his lies and heresies. Please think, If a prophet cherry-picks testimonies or Bible verses to prove something, can he still be a prophet? No, a preacher or prophet who preaches or prophesies based on cherry-picked testimonies or Bible verses instead of what God commanded him to speak is no more a prophet or preacher in God's eyes. So, even though the testimony (or Bible verse) that is cherry-picked is true, it is still a lie because it is cherry-picked to support a lie - e.g. even though the devil quoted the Bible verse (that God's angel will lift up Jesus if he jumped down) which is true, it is still a lie when it came out from the mouth of the devil.
Most of us want to be positive and think that the testimonies or miracles that are read out by Joseph Prince (or read out in his name) are genuine miracles or genuine emails; however, how many of us have the courage to question him for using the testimonies to support his lies and heresies? Of course, we have the basis to question him when:
    1. the testimonies were cherry-picked to support lies and heresies, and
    2. there was no sound doctrine or scriptural references to support these testimonies
So, normally I don't believe even one single testimony that is read out by Joseph Prince or in the name of Joseph Prince. I am only interested to find out what bullshit he is going to spew out later based on the testimony. Well, he may complain that I am a 'busy body' who has got no guts or no better things to do. However, I will tell him, "Yes, I am a 'no body' who is a 'busy body'; however, as long as Rev George has the courage to expose you here, I will remain 'busy' (whether with guts or no guts)."
Yes, I really appreciate the work and courage of Rev George here. If without him, the churches would be 'swallowed up' by 'the flood' (of false doctrine) that came out from JP's mouth. So, I believe that we are living in the end time now. Please take care. The serpent might come (or has already come) to inflict lots of damages to the churches. However, he will not succeed.
Nowadays, we should tell the believers not to believe so much in any tele-evangelist or tele-pastor because we are already living in the 'age' or 'ministry' of lawlessness where repentance and sin-conscience is constantly mocked at. Most of these so-called pastors would not even 'blink' an eye when they tell lies. It is now a known fact that even pastors would lie when they would write emails or impersonate emails to preach from their own pulpits. Please think, If a pastor from a conservative, traditional, non-charismatic church that believe in the law of God would lie, how much more a pastor or church would lie if they do not believe in any law? See how this pastor from Mars Hill did to himself and his church from this link: th-cam.com/video/4Cou36nSmJY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=2HyniMOH2LjTVNdu
Nowadays, if we just believe in testimonies and miracles, we would be greatly disappointed too. It is because it is also a known fact that, in many undeveloped countries in Africa where they have the most testimonies and miracles, many pastors have resorted to the use of cunning tactics to collect personal details of their members (eg. suffering of sickness, medical histories, childhood abuse, physical pains, and financial difficulties) through caregroup leaders, consolidate these information in a database, and then prophesy or call out the conditions of these people with 'pinpoint' accuracy in their big rally or church service. Can you image how convinced are the members? They are so touched with tears that they would even bow down to their so-called 'prophets' or 'pastors'. You can see plenty of them in the youtube. Yes, it happens in the African churches because of their religious background and belief in the 'supernatural' (or superstition). However, what makes us think that this can NEVER happen in Singapore?

The real problem with Joseph Prince's doctrine is:
      1. not just because he preaches too much grace, too many unauthenticated testimonies, or too many double-talks;
      2. but because he preaches lots of lawless lies, self-glory testimonies, and confusions which open doors to the false prophets.
Please think and assume that Joseph Prince really had the 'anointing wisdom' to call out the sicknesses and financial problems of everyone who came to him in Singapore, and healed them all in the name of Jesus, do you know what's the real problem?
Most of JP's followers will argue and say, "What's the problem? Why can't we just think that Singapore will become the real 'Antioch of Asia' because we have a true Pastor who is the Anointed prophet and pride of our country. Of course, when more people are healed and prospered because of our Pastor's anointing wisdom, more testimonies will come too. When more testimonies comes, more people will know Christ and believe. More people will be saved. What's the problem?"
I will tell them, Yes, you think that the more testimonies you have, the more people will be saved. So, would the believers in Africa think likewise too. They believe in whatever their 'pastors' say. But many of their pastors are false prophets who have even more 'anointing wisdom' to call out their sicknesses and financial problems. So, what's problem? The problem is: Joseph Prince is calling out your sicknesses and financial problems with 'pinpoint' accuracy too.
I won't make any implication to say on what basis he calls out your sicknesses; however, I just want you to think, What if Joseph Prince can really call out the conditions of your sicknesses with 'pinpoint' accuracy, would that help the African brethren to think better and expose their false prophets in Africa? I don't think so. You think that it might help you, but it won't help the African brethren who are being deceived by the false prophets. In fact, it will encourage more false prophets to come as it will open doors to more false prophets to rise up everywhere (not only in Africa), to call out all kinds of sicknesses with 'pinpoint' accuracy (or with deceitful tactics and deception), and to deceive more people. It would be just a matter of time before they will come to Singapore and deceive the people here.

    • @WordsofGodThe
      @WordsofGodThe 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

Up till now I have not made any implication on what basis he could call out the conditions of sicknesses and financial problems with 'pinpoint' accuracy.
However, there is no need to make any implication on what basis he got his 'fat' honorarium money for speaking or for his 'gift of gab'. It is a known fact. Of course, it is a known fact that he doesn't need to speak for free in a rich organisation like NCC. Like any celebrity pastor (e.g. former Hillsong pastors, Brian Houston and Carl Lentz, who travelled widely) or any normal invited speaker, he should be 'attractively or sufficiently' paid. If he is not paid, he should have 'attractive' allowances or indirect priorities and privileges for all his travels, seminary talks, speaking engagements, holidays, printing of books, rental discount for setup of bookshops, and promotions for his books, CDs/DVDs, conferences, business / religious app, social media, and digital church ministry. Of course, all these can be monetary as well as non-monetary supports given directly or indirectly to him or to his subsidiary companies in a legitimate way like what is transacted in an organisation with supporting documents. There is no secret and no problem about *cooperation and collaboration* of doing all these legitimately with proper internal control and governance among his inner circles (like pastors, elders, staff, financial administrators, business consultants, church leaders, and lawyers). In fact, it is perfectly alright to even hire image consultants to tailor-make special suits and clothing for all his speaking engagement on Sunday too (since the organisation is rich enough to buy over the most expensive building in Singapore or the world).
Of course, I can understand it if you need to groom a 'superstar' like king David with these kinds of support and collaboration from all the 'knights of round table' or 'inner circle'. Of course, I don't mind if you do all these if he is a true 'superstar' who is truly anointed. However, if you do all these for a double-talker, a liar, or an heretical preacher, please stop immediately; or else, you are grooming a 'con star' who might become even more 'anointed' with the support and collaboration that will help him to build a bigger 'con empire'.

Someone from this church told me years ago halfway through preaching he paused and said God sent a message to him to ask the congregation to invest in gold ! My goodness ! If ur a true Christian you would know who is the one actually whispering to him ! I mean God asking the congregation to invest in gold in the midst of teaching His words ??? I found it so hard to believe So I seek confirmation from another member of NCC if really such an event happened . She told me indeed . I asked her so did she invest in gold after hearing that ? She replied no. Just when i thought this lady has got some wisdom in her , her reply almost made me fell off my chair . She said she didn’t invest cus she didn’t know how to !!!

      Yes it is true.
As long anything to do with wealth JP will not miss to preach.
      ‭‭Matthew 4:8-9
[8] Again, the devil took Jesus to a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory.
[9] “All this I will give You,” he said, “if You will fall down and worship me.”
Throughout the years, i kept showing off to others how blessed we were because NCC always giving out gifts and these gifts were not cheap.
Now i know why many choose NCC? Who doesn't like to come to an organisation like this where many can enjoy freebies and entertainments.
I remember there was a year where JP gave out his personal poster of himself resting beside a river.
Just imagine putting up a poster of your pastor in your house, study room, bedroom...etc? 🫣
Reason of the poster was to encourage all to be reminded to be planted by the river, a picture of rest.
JP always said : look to Jesus!
( Actually i think he meant look to Joseph )
A man who loves to draw attention to himself. His pastors never fails to mention his name whenever they preach. Giving JP much glory all the time.

Miracles don’t often turn people to Christ. Remember when Jesus, Himself, the Son of God, performed many miracles in Capernaum. Yet Jesus pronounced a judgment upon that city (Matt 11:23). Therefore miracles don’t always turn people to Christ.

Miracle in any form isnt going to get us to heaven...Jesus said in the last days some will said "Lord didn't we cast our demons n heal the sick in your Name"?? But the Lord said "depart from me for I never knew u...." this tells us that something...possible these "believers" did cast out devil n does healing in Jesus Name but it doesn't guarantee salvation..

JP dare not address the theological questions that he was challenged with in his Sunday sermons but like a coward just say ppl are jealous of him . Why would a disciple of Christ be jealous of a so called "follower" of Christ who aren't a true disciple but preach half truths & heresies ?

Thank you Jeffrey Teo for being bold to voice out the truths.
Yes, i agreed it wasn't an easy moves.
Thank you Rev George for given us the platform to share our testimonies about our journey with NCC.
JP likes to change the tones of God whenever he wants to make God sounds very demanding.
While he make Jesus sounds so kind and loving.
While all along Jesus is doing and speaking according to His Father's Will.
How dare he separated The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit.
I fear for JP and his entire pastoral team.
I pray and hope they will humble themselves and repent.
Because without Repentance there will be no chance!

Exactly .. More like media corp artist than a pastor or preacher. Thanks for the encouragement Joyce.. Pastors & members rather more concern abt what men thinks than what God thinks. More concern abt being confronted by men than confronted by God's word to expose heresies & false teachers & false prophets. We rather sit on the fence than take side with God & His Word..

I went a few times to NCC, listen to his messages but I just simply cannot resonate with his teachings. My children attends to NCC and I have a hard trying to talk to them until I had to tell my son, what kind of relationship are you looking for with Jesus. Do you treat him as a ATM or do you want a meaningful relationship with the Lord. Reading of the bible is our primary importance. I am going through some tough times at the moment but the Lord's Word keeps me grounded. I thank God that I am in his safe zone.

Acts 11:26 JP said that after that they were no longer disciples but called christians.
But in Acts 13:52 the christians were still called disciples....Acts 13 Paul pronounced blindness on the soccerer Bar Jesus .. Consider the goodness & severity of the Lord .. But JP only keep preaching abt the goodness & ignores the severity of the Lord & preach a no repentance message . Rom 11:22 .. He disguised it with repentance is a change of mind which is only half a definition .. He is famous for preaching half truths .

Yes, even in the Caregroup settings the leaders will rebuked those who talk about obedience towards God.
I was one of them being rebuked when i show one of the verse Jesus said and was told that i was being self righteous and ask have i done it as in am i perfect?
Therefore since i am not perfect in my obedience therefore these verse were not meant to be followed!!
While they kept emphasis on long life till 120 and believe God for promotion and more money so that can be a blessing to others!

Rom 8:4 Its not just abt imputed rigjteousness that JP keep harping on but also the fullness of righteousness that a christian is to become .. It is required of every christian ...As usual JP always preaches half truths .. he stop short of speaking the whole truth & deceived ppl into believing his "truths" is enough & all they need ... Omitting many verses in the process .. The one who said dont't take the verse out of context has become the greatest con man...

JP preaches Neither do I condemn you message & stop there which is half truth ... Jesus said Neither do I condemn you... Go & sin more .. which is the truth ... Did it mean that the adulterous wonan will really go & sin no more ? Be sinless ? Love God with all her heart , strength , soul & might wothout failing ? No !!! But Jesus wanted her to know that He no longer condem her & God's grace will empower her to repent & live a new life ...A life of obedience ... That's biblical grace ...Jesus literally told the wonan to live a life of obedince ..He didn't just tell her go change your mind...

*Correct, “TRUE REPENTANCE is a CONDITION of the SOUL before God wrought by the OPERATIONS of the Spirit of God upon the HEART and SOUL of man whereby s/he is MADE TO SEE AND FEEL THE SINFULNESS OF HIS SINS, and also to FORSAKE THEM UTTERLY and with FULL PURPOSE OF HEART to YIELD OBEDIENCE to God in the future” {Proverbs **28:13** - receive mercy - Justification can only follow true repentance. .“Sincere repentance is continual. Believers repent until dying days” - Charles Spurgeon (1834-1892)}.*
