My Miele range sucks. I have had HR 1136-1 in service for 3 years and I have spent over $2k for various service things and something is basically broken every 6 months. And now I have one burner that doesn't burn cleanly and fouls the starting - the ignition wont stop clicking. Miele USA has not been helpful! Never again, and would never recommend this brand to anyone. Trying to get them to take it back so I can buy something else.
