I feel like an answer the the GW “what animal would you be” question that would really wow them is “an ant colony” and go on a short but enthusiastic rant about how you see no individual ant, queen or otherwise, as a single entity but rather that the colony itself is a gestalt consciousness. And talk about how the power of that whole to direct it’s individual parts interests you. GW would be all over that answer.

Not a GW store, but I remember the last day before my FLGS closed for good. The WoW TCG players were discussing a bulk amazon purchase of card boxes with the owner and me, a soon-to-be unemployed employee, nearby. Definitely a low point

Worst iv seen is a new staff member at the local gw (Years and years ago) Was alone on night shift in a mall store, So no biggy......... Then some homeless guy go's in and starts acting funny........ turns out he went to the back of the store where the tables where and dropped a turd.

Not in a store but in a club, one guy who was the club owners brother would bully people out of the hobby if he didn't like em, I'm talking a 20 odd year old bullying 14 year old lads trying to learn to paint, some right pricks in the hobby
