Christmas gingerbread cookies are very impressive and tasty

Christmas gingerbread cookies are soft immediately after baking, they do not need to rest, you can easily bake them at the last minute :)
Ingredients:

3/4 cup gold or white sugar
150 g artificial honey
100 g natural honey
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons gingerbread spice
125 g butter
150 ml milk
