Note that the coins still do not appear for NVIDIA GPU users (such as myself). It's a known issue that has a hard workaround from what I understand, so I'm not sure when it will be fixed, but given how much progress the awesome Cemu devs have made in such a short time, it wouldn't surprise me if it is fixed soon.
What version of Super Mario Bris are you using, as I have similar spec PC but it is the only game I seem to be having an issue with, basically it just crashes Cemu when you select button 2 to start the game.
