We need to make this horrific disease more public like the cancer charity adverts on tv all the time. My husband was diagnosed in Jan 2019 and has NO connection with any sports, since then on reading about this awful condition it seems it is not as rare as people think. We need lots more public awareness.

Definitely ...My sister has this condition, she has changed so much in a year, to add she has cancer...
I knew nothing about this condition or Rob Burrow the rugby player...but now do my up most best to help..

These 3 guys are amazing! My wife and I remember them in prayer daily. May the Lord
have much grace and mercy upon their lives
as they combat mnd. God bless you all along with your wonderful families. Remembered daily.

    Truly heartbreaking..
As a Bradford City fan, Steven darby wa and IS a Bradford City legend.
We saw this fine young man lead our club for years, to cup finals, beating Premier league teams, Cup runs, promotions, the whole lot.
It literally breaks my heart to see him suffer in such a horrific way.
Rob burrows is also a local lad, and I've met him several times.
Motor neurone is horrible, and my heart is heavy for these lads.

Love Doddie and this breaks my heart having knowing Dodds since he was playing for the Rose when I was at St. Mary’s and he always came to our Hotel bar at Rugby Internationals as well as being at the same HS when his brother was there. Great guy and a hero to me.
I’m glad all the guys are being kept in the spotlight to highlight this issue.
Keep in there guys - heart is with you all.
