If you have got your visa in June 2023 then you better apply for the dependent visa soon before January 2024 if you can do it in priority please get it done quickly as for the student visa they are closing the dependent visa from next month.

There is a talk that this salary threshold is not applicable for Health care workers. Moreover, your extension comes before the new rule implementing, which is by the next year spring. So hopefully you shouldn't be having any problems. All the very best 👍.

my employer applied for defined cos at 20 November and we got a mail at Friday 1st December like"we have received your application for defined cos and currently in under consideration"please reply me when i will get cos ?
It completely depends upon the emolyer's status.
1. Check whether the employer is genuine.
2. Home office decision to approve for your COS varies depending upon emplyer's status
With that being said you just have to follow up with the HR manager if you got a job offer from them asking them for time that you will get your COS. Good luck

Yes, as I mentioned earlier the situation right now here with the Home office and new visa rules that has been discussed yesterday, home office might take some time or you never know you might even get it soon. Hi Puneet thanks for your message. If your partner has moved into the UK for the September intake then you shouldn't be having any problem but please ensure you try to come into the UK before the January 2024 as the dependent visas will not issued after January and the vase officers will be different for each and every case so even if you are explaining that your wife has came in on September intake they may or may not accept that.
So for the safer side try to apply for your dependent visa before January 2024 and do it on priority as there is just a month left. So good luck with it. 👍👍
