The manga is amazing, especially the female lead, i know the Trailers make it look like the classic anime progragonist saving the love interest, but she kick ass as mucho if not even more than the male protagonist
It might be worth pointing out, probably best giving it 2 eps to get into (i think) because there is a scene in the first chapter of the manga and mentioned in the trailer, that could be a little uncomfortable. But could be over thinking.
I'm gonna be that guy... I liked it back way before it even had 5 chapters. But serious tho, the series was created by one of the assistance to Chainsaw Man's author. Dandadan's artist art is on another level, it's gonna blow you're face right off.
There was a movie premiere where they showed the first 3 episodes or so of the anime and it was really good/funny. I do recommend at least reading the quick little summary for the premise of the show if you end up still being confused after ep 1.
Yeah the trailers do make it look like the main female lead is constantly being protected but I think that's because they were trying to keep certain things a secret for once it aires. Momo (the female lead) is an awesome character!
Its about two akward people going through a series of awkward events until a love story can be pulled out of all the weirdness. It defies good sane description. The aliens feel not human The Spirits feel unsettling (normally) and the BS is interesting at the least. 100+ chapters in and not a bad chapter. It constantly adapts to itself remaining interesting even if it sounds menotinous on paper. But yes she does have those moments but they are treated in a more horror of the moment then fanserice way.
Dan Da Dan is fucking great. You have to have a certain amount of knowledge about Japanese culture and tolerance for Anime bullshit going into it. But if you do it goes harder than diamonds. You will know if its your kind of show within the first 3 episodes pretty easily,.
To your question about "him defending her with his powers" the women in this series make the men look like jokes sometimes. The feminism is strong here.
show would have been better if the animation wasn't so weird, using the rape scene for fan service with the weird camera angels :/ like.. this is a kid
Possible, but he might of just heard of the term before when looking for information to see whether to react. Knowing one of the biggest selling points, isn’t faking a reaction. We’ll see, maybe he’ll explain later if needed. He might have a performance background, but honesty I don’t think he cares enough to fake.
DanDaDan is an insane acid trip of a series.
It's also incredibly heartfelt and wholesome.
You will cry, guaranteed.
Side note, the VA for the old granny spirit is also the voice of Luffy.
This story is like Mob Psycho meets Goosebumps meets Animorphs.
On drugs.
LOTS of DIFFERENT DRUGS.
mob psycho doesn't sexualize minors
"What am I watching?!" - appropriate response to Dan Da Dan.

This is going to be the best anime of the year. So yes, we very much very excited for Dandadan 🔥.
I hate the fact... That you were fugin right! 😭
I'm in love with this show!!! I remember i couldn't even escape this when it was just a manga!!!
4:43 is that luffys voice???
Yes
turbo granny is luffy, banana aliens are zoro
Yes it was... 💀
The way you pronounce DanDaDan makes it sound like it’s about some guy named Dan.
It's actually dropping tomorrow morning
Nah we’re excited for this one nerdy. Very. Anime of the year material with this one.

Spoilers :
Yeah using sexual assault for fan service is very weird indeed
@@mgms2000 to be fair - Alien tropes, and I suppose the author wanted to test limits early, never happened like that again. (Caught up to manga)

Im so excited for this series!!! I held off on reading the manga because I knew this was coming out. I can't wait!

This series is basically one of the greatest romantic comedy series ever.
Don’t worry, it’s not always boy defends girl. The boy just gets most of the rule of cool in the trailer. Very balanced but wacky show.

It's incredibly weird and the first arc has some stuff that's super uncomfy. Eventually I got there with it.
basically X-Files gone Anime.
While being one of the most human RomComs on the market
The titles ain't even a question and my man still add 5 question marks again
what you are watching? absolute peak is what it is
Hell yeah I'm so glad you're gonna watch this!
Dandadan is all about beign hit by a train every chapter/ep
Did you hear Luffy?
4:56 YOU ARE NOT PREPARED!

ohhh no PLEASE don't judge the show on episode 1 if you're gonna watch this, it gets WAY better 😭😭🙏🙏
To your question about "him defending her with his powers" the women in this series make the men look like jokes sometimes. The feminism is strong here.
Indeed, also about cooperation of sorts and protecting each other
I heard luffy and zoro
#thegirl. It's a manga very interesting

He said "turbo granny" yeah, he read the manga or something related cause how would he know by the trailers the name "turbo granny"
My point is, he faked the reaciton.

@@XRedfield331plus he said he found out about it at an expo, - who knows what he over heard or what he saw on the “banners” - have some faith.
Turbo granny's named in the credits at the end of trailer 1, and he mentions the name a moment later.
@@Ryuu44 Ah - I checked, dyslexic so probs missed it. Thanks, Nerdy’s too blunt and sarcastic to fake so this clears it up.
