HOW TO BE A PERSON UNDER MONITORING (P.U.M) IN ALBANY NEW YORK USA

I was exposed to a friend who was a COVID positive.
For 14 days, I was on home quarantine and the DOH Albany had call me every morning to check for COVID symptoms. They have given us food box every week as I cannot go outside for grocery.
