Dr Kaleemullah Lashari worked alot for heritages of sindh, he was secretary Department of Antiquities, and retired in 2012 also he made this department to save heritages and archaeological sites of sindh.

I am from Hyderabad, I used to go to HasratMohani-Library in front of Mukhi House, and in the meantime I also visited Mukhi House, but this house is still under-construction.
I miss my home town hyderabad... have seen this wonderful house so many times...

I found it when i was wandering on the streets of hyderabad few years back and saw its gate i was curious what it is. I entered it but no one was there to stop me as there renovation work was going on. Lately they discovered that i'm a outsider and they told me to leave now from that day onward i'm eager to go again. Good to know that its opens now.
Can BBC Urdu please use the correct Nastaliq Font for Urdu instead of the Naskh Font. In the past, it may have been difficult to find a digital font for Nastaliq, but now it's easily available. I'm aborigine of Hyderabad & I often pass by Homestead Hall Incline (opposite to Mukhi House) but never visited this monument. Will show up and experience the said place.

Hyederabad is pure love. Its a combination of rural and urban life at it's best as you will find lot of agricultural land besides it and villages just near the city.
My sincere thanks to BBC for letting us know about our history in such an unbiased fashion. Next time I visit Pakistan, will make sure to go visit Mukhi Mahal with my children. Please do have more podcasts about our pre-partition past especially of Sindh

@@saurabhsingh5263 Plz avoid racism....Still in Hyderabad city of Pakistan 100s of Hindu families are living after the partition...and all of them are practicing their religion freely....The government of Pakistan is so much concerned about the rights and freedom of every religion. Our Muslim government officials, and politicians even participates in Hindu festivities like Holli to encourage and motivate the spirit of brotherhood between Hindus and Muslims. Same millions of Muslims migrated from India to Pakistan on partition.....thats how history is and that's how history is told in your and our books...

Yes. It's a big victory for Muslim for lot of circumstances. As I know we're free to go Muslims and practice our religion at least peacefully , and we're thankfull to jinna he given us a separate Muslim state, it's better to be live in India where you being killed for not saying je shery Ram and cutting cow on eid
@@Anushaibrahim123 yes we are the losers because we never get country for ours, even after we had suffered a lot during the Islamic invasion, we were forced to give jaziya, during the period of that brutal Aurangazeb many hindus were forced to converted to Islam, many were beheaded, and finally we never want a lecture about secularism from you guys, who were experts in beheading and bombing.
