Hello dear,
I have an issue with my printer i cant solve.
It’s always showing paper jumped paper error but their is no paper !!
I only open and close it then it completes the printing. It’s take too much time to finish the job

I cannot see the different papers (Plain, Heavy 1, Heavy 2, Heavy 3)... I wanna make adjustments to Heavy 3 from the Tray on the side of the copier. Do you have any suggestions please? Thank you
