Daniel Haakweenda Success Story

Mr. Daniel Hakweenda, a fervent and youthful young family man is a resettlement success based on Farm Lusthof, in the Kunene Region.
An Agricultural Scientific Officer by profession and born into a family of agriculturalists, Mr. Hakweenda started his solo farming journey in 2013 with just seven ewes in the communal area of Anker in the Kunene Region.
Mr. Hakweenda was resettled on Farm Lusthof, unit A. in 2020. He applied for a post-settlement loan with Agribank to increase his livestock numbers as a beneficiary of the resettlement programme. Additionally, he is participating in Agribank's mentorship programme.
