Dear Foodie Lover, may i know whether i can substitute tapioca flour with SWEET POTATOE flour. Awaiting a reply as i like to make this yummy dessert this Fiday for a get together. Thank u very much
it will be more "Q" if u use tapioca flour. kuih made with sweet potato flour may not have the "elastic " feel. however, no harm for a new attempt. good luck!
