    Your country is so like Scotland very beautiful I like when we see you out on the hill with your dogs. My father was a shepherd he has passed and my oldest son is also a shepherd on the same farm. It’s very warm here in Scotland at the moment as it’s our summer and we are having an especially warm spell so everyone is getting on with the shearing, is that skylarks I hear they make a lovely sound. The decking looks great Snowy likes to make sure you are doing everything correctly. Stay safe

    Something I've always wanted to know is why the moccasins when shearing and not boots?

    • @kiwifarmernz

      You have more control of the sheep with Moccasins on. Easier to move your feet around also.

    I'm sorry for this comment but why were all those dogs at the start locked away? So harsh and cruel. Smaller than what prisoners get and out in the elements. Why would you not provide them more comfort?

    • @kiwifarmernz
      @kiwifarmernz  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for your comment. They are not out in the elements, they have a kennel which is insulated and the older dogs have jackets for the winter. They are not mistreated otherwise they would not be in good condition to work for me. What more comfort would you like to see.

      @@kiwifarmernz All good, I know we are just coming from two different worlds. I'm sure they enjoy their lot, not that they know differently, and farming animals isn't the nicest of businesses.
