    Heather, you are the only instructor on TH-cam I stick up with. Half an hour workouts with no equipments are my favorites but I pretty much do all of your workouts. I like that you get on with it with us without any hyper energy and unnecessary talk. Your time and effort is of huge value, you make this world a better place.

    for anyone wondering i am 5'2 and currently at 117 lbs, i burned 390 calories. heart rate stayed up at 165-180 BPM. love and support from the ph yay

    this workout is literally amazing. each day i've been doing a different hiit workout anywhere from 10-45 minutes and out of all 23 i've done this is definitely my favorite. thank you so much!!!

    Hey. I have been following your videos for a few months during lockdown. It has been extremely resourceful. This is the first time where the music has complimented the pace of the workout and that felt great! Some of the previous HIIT and cardio workouts music slow down when you are actually increasing tempo. This one was amazing.

    I love the format of 10 exercises 3 rounds this allows me to build on the intensity each round! Total Cal 220 dripping sweat and 30 min flew by! One of my favorite cardio!

    I finished this Body Weighted HIIT workout, It what an amazing, sweaty, and yet challenging workout. The BPM was at 158 for over 50% of the workout, that's a challenge for this 58 yr young , but it's done..whoot whoot. I'm gonna melt those tie down love handles some how. Thanks Heather for the sweat sesh..

    Hi Heather, I used to go gym 4 times a week before the pandemic and your workouts are just what I need! Love the HIIT with weights especially mash up no repeats! and this new one I will do on Monday before I hit the weights! It’s very helpful with the next pic that comes up and that I just have the music so I can just concentrate and feel that burn.Thank you so much, Gemma.

I was never a person who sweat during workouts in the gym but your workouts are so efficient in just a small time period, I sweat, I can follow you completely and I feel I have great after every workout.     Can’t wait to do this tomorrow! Been following your videos for over a year now. I have a non related workout question though...what is your daily hair routine? Or what would you recommend for someone who workouts every day. I run a lot so for awhile now I just do a quick wash afterwards and not much once I’m out of the shower because I know at some point the next day my hair will go up in a bun again. I feel like I waste hair product because it’s rare I even have my hair down, and now with how the world is, I just don’t wear my hair to impress anyone. Thank you for always motivating us viewers. ❤️

    Not too bad. First time doing this one. HR 161 Calories 220. I extended it. To 45/15 instead of 40/20. Will add it to my cardio favs. Thanks Heather. TCT done ✅ be back tomorrow for total body strength.

    i like these kind of workouts, when alternating cardio with more strength/stabilization excersises.
    would like to have more of these, if possible, alternating even weighted exercises with cardio ones.

    Another winner! This was a great combo of bodyweight and cardio exercises that got me sweating. Ending on double burpees made me feel so accomplished.

    This was good 10 moves done 3 circuits. HR 157 Calories over 200. I added some more intense moves replacing some floor work and I did 45/15 instead of 40/20. Today was cardio so I got it in. Member since March 2020. Thanks heather great workout 😨😰🥵💪🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅
