As someone who catches almost all of Impulse's streams where he plays Hermit Gang all the time, you'd THINK I'd be tired of Hermit Gang at this point but I'm not. I still love it as much as the first time I heard it.

Almost 4 years and this song is still a banger! Timmy’s reactions are just priceless especially during Mumbo’s part! I really think Timmy would fit into Hermitcraft but I know he won’t join anytime soon.

Both Skizzleman and Jimmy (and most of the other non-Hermit "3rd Lifers") don't put enough time in to become a Hermit... in fact, if they were considering Mumbo today for white listing, I doubt he would be invited these days... every Hermit spends an estimated 40-60 hours a week or per episode on the server... (think about those epic time lapse "build mode" etc) then think of the ones without time lapses, they also spends buku time but impulse for instance just jump cuts between progress (same for JoeHills) isn't iJevin flattering then custom building the space to a new mountain ????????

@@rjlsobhjphjgrbw_yay it's just my opinion 2B-shur but Grian pointed it out in his last episode... didn't have time to do "proper" episode (he recorded over 3 hours) "but was nothing" meanwhile a chest monster was tamed in 6 hours, and B-dubs must have worked over 10-hours on castle for just half of his episode ...as for impulseSV there's 9hrs per week for live streaming AND he often does off camera "busy work" (i would estimate over 20 hrs recording everything each week.) so for beef he will mine 3-5 mining sessions when active (he's been real life interruptus for most of the year. now but again, he was hermit forever so... and so on.... Mumbo works when he comes but his video business is priority now

First time I heard this on impulses stream I thought it was gonna be corny as f. But it's legit funny as all hell and actually really well done. Wish mumbo would have popped off though.
I think Mumbo's part perfectly suited his role in the prank war. He was the world's worst mole and Grian constantly had to reexplain his orders. Him being on the fence about being part of the song without checking back is totally a reaction mumbo would have had.
It's worth going back and watching the civil war in Hermitcraft season 6, which inspired this song, if you haven't seen that! Or at least the recap.
I remember when I first heard it I thought "Huh they got somebody that sounds a lot like Doc" By the time it made it to False I literally stopped what I was doing.

This is actually my first time hearing it. I always avoided it because, well, to be perfectly honest, I thought it would be kinda cringe. But I was genuinely shocked that it’s, actually not bad? Especially Doc, Impulse, and Ren.
As an avid viewer of Impulses streams I cant count the number of times I've heard this or believe I haven't managed to memorize it all yet. It's a great song!

It's an awesome song, and I have listened to it so much (Impulse would play it during a break when he was playing Among Us) that I can say the words along with almost the whole thing. It's amazing, but I was cheering for the G team and was happy that they managed to win the Civil War. 😊😊😊
