2A lefty here. in my experience non gun people are actually curious about firearms. they're also frightened by the "patriots" that just attacked our Capitol and who threaten 50 state capitols with further attacks. i've been around for 69 years and have never seen so many armed lunatics allowed to roam free. if our 2A rights are lost it will be on the heads of the seditionists.

@ Hey Dana, I think you are certainly right that all the gun sales of the last year were not made by people on the political right. That said, what I care about most is being able to keep my hobbies and my traditions in regards to shooting, hunting, and being left alone to be as I choose. All the other stuff occurs, and can stay, outside my front gate.

Yep, good eye. I have one of the Type G's that Jack built back when. It's ink painted like the Bumford gun.

If I get that $2000.00 stimulus check they're talking about, I plan to stimulate Jim Kiblers economy with it and get myself that SMR I've been wanting. 40 or 45 cal and extra fancy maple. I think I will add a toe plate and a banana patch box too. Why not..??

I grew up in Ky, the local mall had black powder gun makers there on occasion, I would watch them for hours as a young person(early 70's) it was all long guns. I assembled a few pistol kit guns when in early teens. My Dad never had my interest in black powder. I bought a Ruger Old Army in 1981 from Buds Gun shop, what a great gun. Being a young dumb teen I traded it back to Bud for a Ruger Mini 14. I wish I kept it now! I have plenty of smokeless powder wonders, but as strange as it sounds... my true passion is still black powder guns.I live in Alabama now and have re kindled my interest in them. I have never owned a long gun, but the 1861 Rifled musket has great appeal to he for reasons I can't explain. Thanks for the great videos.
Hi my name is no longer my name ! Call me captain dumbass ! I’m a special kind of stupid I accomplished something no one else done.
Okay I need help with this long rifle it looks like I got my charge wet with ball in barrel , wait there’s more I use my ball puller I use the wrong rod now the ball puller and ball wad with wet charge . I have no idea when this gun was made only info is a scripted “W “ that’s it and 3 touch hole liner was grind down and screw slot is barely there so I’ll have to destroy it and I don’t know the replacement?? . Any ideas? Thank you
