I agree with you regarding Shein scamming their customers. It happened to me as well, I had put some items in my basket, but didn’t have time to complete my shopping, when I put the items in my basket it said returnable in the product page. When I returned to finish my shopping a day later, added a few more things and checked out, I didn’t recheck what was already in the basket, because I never had a problem before. I received my order, and when I tried to return some of the items, they said those articles were on special and could not be returned. I checked a couple days later, and the product page said returnable. I contacted customer service, and after a lot of complaining they did give me my money back. Unfortunately, I do not trust them anymore, that is no way to do business and keep your customers, I have not shopped at Shein since. This happened maybe 3 months ago. I used to love Shein, but they have changed a lot in the last year, and I would not recommend them. Regarding your viscose dress, I think viscose shrinks….it might be perfect after you wash it. I would google it first, so you clean it the right way, depending if you want to shrink it or not. Thank you for your video. Take care😊
