This 100%. The Evija wouldn't even last a few laps, from 100% till 30% empty! This is much more interesting to me than a ton of batteries, momentum hurling around. Interesting they used a solid iron block in the F5. Really love the attention to detail, and the best of America and the World in terms of artisan tech! Like you said the Evija is truly beautiful, even more so than many. However, in the real word that absolute ton (1700KG) of LiOn batteries will 1, ruin the ride in terms of momentum and handling 2, mean you can only enjoy the morning at the track before charging it up for the rest of the session.

The coating is also used on suppressor's/silencers because it can handle high temperatures. Suppressors typically hit 600F+ with some use. 900F when you are beating on them, this will discolor the coating though. It will be very durable for all the flamethrowing it does.

In your little fantasy about how this would play out, thousands -- if not _millions_ -- would start slowly clapping and nodding, gradually building in both tempo and intensity, until it broke into outright cheers. 'Thumbs-ups' would pour onto your message, and people trying to emulate you would chime in with a growing string of comments agreeing with you and blasting me and any other idiot who dared laugh at this joke.

Let's just cut out the middle-man here: _I validate you._
      -
There you go. You've been validated. See? You're a complete human now, and you don't have to let the fear that you're just another insignificant nobody drive you to post snarky comments in a round-about attempt to gain that validation. *I did it for you.* Now go forth and be the hero of your actual life instead of just the hero of your fantasies.
      -
Plan B: come up with some _really_ scathing retort in the shower later, then race back here and eagerly peck it out.... keep whaling on that refresh button to see me come back and validate you again.
      -
Plan C: immediately respond with denial about your denial, and try *way too hard* to convince me that you're competent and confident, and are probably actually a multi-millionaire with an IQ of 200. I kinda' think you're doing some of that sweet 'C", but you could be a "B" kind of person too. I do legitimately wonder if you'll have the self-control necessary to stay away from a third response. The Army came to try and take it back, but Gonzales wanted to keep the cannon because of Santa Anna’s aggression to the colonists. They ended up having a skirmish, and it basically sparked the war for Texas Independence. Get your facts before you comment some potentially misleading information.

Did Texas go to war against Mexico to keep the cannon or was that just a ploy to start a war for independence? Finally, if they won independence why are they part of the united states, was it a case of other colonial areas joining Texas in like a federation of sorts so they could become colonial states?
