No, I don't think you understand. There is no such thing as "mixed". You are what your father is. Period. So either one is Israel or not based upon if your father was/is Israel or not. Period. This does NOT mean it is 'perfectly okay' as you put it. We are instructed not to intermingle with those outside of our nation. However, if one does and they produce children, the children are what their father is. So if the Father is Israel and the mother is not, the children are still Israel.
