I watched this last week and came back to it again because I had a blast from the past in terms of a past relationship which actually allowed me to see how far I have come and what I have achieved. Extremely blessed to be living my life and not living it alongside that person because I could see where I would be now had I stayed in that. I actually felt the negative energy and knew that I could not help them because it would undo everything I had achieved for myself and I am completely committed to that. It released remanence of the thoughts, feelings and emotions I once had about him . I have been feeling that clarity this week and I’m grateful for the insight. Because I’m being quite brutal in what I do and don’t want and who I do and don’t want in my life as well.
Whilst I’m confident about moving forward in my life, it still feels slow moving on my part ( not feeling well) but that’s ok because soon I will have that energy to go and do exactly what I’m planning to do. 😘
