Stunning villa in Palm Jumeirah.but with a 230 MAED price tag it needs to be so. If I compare I could get more from South of France ie. Cannes or La Zagaleta, Spain. But this kind of comparison is of no use. Hands down a great villa if money is no object.
The time spent showing still photos could have been better used to include a decent nighttime tour and not just flying a drone around the outside. I always suggest that if you can't arrange to tour a home day and night, film at dusk so you have a combination of the two.
