Even though IAS officers come to the position after this long journey gaining more knowledge and so on..., why do they have to change their district posting frequently? Why should they even partially be controlled by politicians? (if any mistakes in my comment, corrections are welcome). Why are politicians(not all) not as knowledgeable as IAS officer?...
@@vijayakumarm8574 Because the statutes allow these crooks, illiterates, etc and give them chance to be our leader.
Some people are born teachers,Tanu Mam is in this category. Her teachings not only helps UPSC aspirants but also other streams ,even those who wants to learn always. We will get many good IAS officers. But good teachers like Mam will not only produce good IAS officers but also good students in other streams as well.
Those students are lucky...

True..I'm from one of the northeastern states and in our state we never use Hindi ...we need English medium channels

You can reach the IAS post just by studying for 2-3 yrs but I you want to be an politician ( need atleasr 10-20yrs to gain the people support) and IAS post is permanent but politicians are changed once 5ys more over if an ultimate power given to knowledge person like bureaucrats there is no surety that he will do only good to people and the ultimate concept is to avoid the concentration of power to one hand and to have an equal opportunity to all people we have this type of system in india

Tanu Jain ma'am has worked hard with full devotion and succeeded in her life. This is what is expected out of everyone aspiring to clear UPSC. Classes such as is a sear waste of time energy and effort. Remember "Everyone is a teacher in oneself". So work hard devote time and put in 100% efforts. Do not waste time in such classes. Study/ research last 10-15 yrs Ques paper to know the pattern and get cracking.

Our education system teaches us to become a excellent servant not master.
Everywhere on TH-cam Indian teachers are focusing on compititive exams like UPSC, SSC, JEE, RAILWAY, BANKING etc. When a good academic student is going to build career, he finds that JEE, UPSC are the top exams to build a excellent career and he starts preparing for that. After qualifying those exams what's the result?? Just a Servant not Master. very sad 😢😭

You should start preparations during graduation bcoz it's necessary to appear in exams and the course is of 2 years so it will be enough I guess, or phle se taiyaari shuru kar skte ho..par bhi piche ka bhulte naa jaaye bas ye dekhna hai, you need to revise everything accordingly.

Becoming ias is not a tough thing I think, way of working and not Becoming corrupt after Become an ias or anything. In interview everybody said iam good I will do good service to people, that is not fair nothing he will do just sitting collector bungalow and signing on documents But remember this a normal person can't met ias officer as easy a politician. Who ever officer it is after he got it, he need to move himself to poor people. I hope 🙏 you will teach to them.
