That was a lot of fun. I like your color selections in all your work. It's going to help me a lot to get out of my rut. California here.

Hey Kari! thank you. It really is. I sell at a local art and craft shop here and look forward to making some collages on cradled wood for the shop with these, just waiting for some special paper I ordered(corn husk paper and the like). Watched your video showing your studio...You have a great set up.💕

Hi there...thanks, I am happy you are going to give it a shot. I think I should have done a few with less design as they are important to use in collages or in a journal too. Maybe I will do another video on creating simple papers...have a great day Home Account!

Commenting on your thought about balance being natural, no it’s not. Color harmony and balance and all the things that come together to make it complete will have to be a learned behavior for me because I don’t have that ability. And I desperately want to learn. Any ideas?

Hi Cat..I think that if you consider what makes you comfortable or uncomfortable when entering a room you will start to understand balance and composition. The eye naturally wants to travel in a smooth manner rather than in peaks and valleys. The same goes for transitions in color and should be gradual.Furniture as with a composition in art should have balance in weight. So if there is a lot on weight on one side and not the other,it throws us off. I hope I am making at least a little sense.
