Private investors may be tapped for PNR South Long Haul project - DOTr

- The Department of Transportation announced the possibility of tapping private investors for the Philippine National Railways (PNR) South Long Haul project or the Laguna to Bicol Railway project.
This is because China has yet to approve the loan or contract for the construction of the project from Calamba to Daraga-Albay, one year after the deal was signed.

Kung magagawa ito maganda sana na mas pabilisan pa ang pag takbo ng mga trains na aabot sa 250 kph up to 300 kph pang high speed railway na, tapos mas gawin pang straight pa sana iyong riles para mas makatakbo pa ng mabilis, doon kasi sa plano para sa China pang 160kph lang e..
After NSCR Completion. Sana next project, Park & Ride for cars & Bus Terminal sa Clark, Malolos, Tutuban, Calamba. Ito ay para maiwasan ang pagpasok ng sasakyan sa metro manila. Para mabawasan ang traffic sa manila.

I hope the government will find a financial institution that can give us loan at lower interest rate. China is asking for 3+ percent interest rate. Japan gave us less than 1% interest rate for the NSCR. Being in the top 33% of nations, We are not beggar, we just want to be prudent and don't end up like some debt-burdened African nation and Sri Lanka.
Sino ba kse ang pumayag sa higher than 2% interest rate?
Give it to other's so the project will continue...
Don't wait until December. Terminate now and give the entire project from funding to technical design to another company or country. Japan has always been by the side of the Philippines. The Philippines wasted a lot of time with china so act now and get the country progressing already.
The problem is, hindi interesed ang Japan sa project na yan, hindi feasible para sa kanila

Scap the Chinese they'll just use that opportunity to send spies in our country. Japanese,Koreans or European Railways consultancy groups might get interested in these project. Or even local private companies should be involved in the bidding to kick-start our own innovative approaches to railway construction and management.

Dapat San Miguel Corporation na ang magpa tuloy sa project huwag na po kumoha sa china investor dahil hindi maganda ang trabaho nila may daya pa, poor quality at mataas ang percent interest sa japan at south korea na pakiusap lang po nasa governo kahit may lagay pa ang china.

Kung pera ang kailangan bakit di nalang muna gamitin yung pera sa pagpapatayo ng Bataan-Cavite Bridge. Parang mas importante pa tong South Long Haul Railway kaysa yung tulay
may pondo n ang Bataan-Cavite Bridge. iba yan s PNR South Long haul, importante din Railway kasi magconnect s PNR NSCR from Bicol to Calamba.
