I really love the first few minutes. I'm an actual sailor so I know how to catch the wind properly so it was really refreshing watching them fail around in the water trying to figure it out.

I love this game with play pals, works so well.
I'm laughing so hard at the fact that they though they had to load the container on to the boat to proceed Lmao
the awkward shuffles they did on the raft.. all of michaels screaming.. all of the absolutely profound ways they complete the tasks.. all reasons why i love this playthrough tbh
The best part of this whole video for me was 28:24 seeing the little blue head in a captain's hat, accompanied by arms, scrambling through the water crying "Michael, grab me!"
Jesus fucking christ. Picking up that blue shipping container for no reason killed me.
It has a purpose in singleplayer, but with multiplayer they can usually skip past a lot of the stuff lone players need.
Rhas 'Churol I played single player and didn't even know that boat was there I just climbed the wall near the beached speed boat (which I didn't know was usable) and then walked to the cart thing lol

You do realize the length of the video is an edited version of how long they actually took to film it and in almost no way reflects the actual length of time it took them to play during that recording session correct?

It amazes me how they do everything the wrong way and still end up getting to the end. I got to the barge on nothing but the rowboat, I hooked all the hooks onto the crate first try, and all you needed to pole for was pulling the raft over to you, you could have pulled the switch yourself and just jumped onto the skyrail thing. So its like, half of me is amazed how neither of them can figure out what to do when an idiot like me did. But at the same time im amazed that they still made it to the end doing it their way.
I love it
There's more than one way to solve most of the puzzles in the game. I usually watch gameplays of this to see if the players find ways to solve puzzles I still haven't seen (their needle-threadig catapult shot in the end of the last part was one of those.)
I've also seen someone climb the water wheel up to the top. So much swinging on one arm...
what i learned during this episode:
Michael doesn't understand sailboats
I don't know why but I got so much joy in me when Michael referenced MXC at 26:40 and Gavin said it's like Takeshi's Castle and Michael said he's never heard of it.
Takeshi's Castle is the name of the Japanese game show where the footage of MXC originally came from

The last ten seconds of this episode is indicative of pretty much every play pals these two do xD Gavin stuck in a fan, and michael shaking his head.

It's so fun when Michael or Gavin spends thirty seconds doing something that they clearly don't have to do.
the sound of their heads hitting things is fucking hilarous
The best part is how easy some of these puzzles are but they over complicate it and still pull it off when they were going about it completely wrong. This game is great haha

The version that aired in the UK was called Takeshi's Castle. That's how Gavin knows.

I love how well they play together..equal jumping skills and helping each other. One of my favorite games to watch, I just had to subscribe.
Really enjoying the series, you guys are solving puzzles the way no one else would or should.
Michael jumping from the rowboat to the moving speedboat was amazing.
Man I've been loving this series. This hasn't just been watching Team Nice Dynamite play a game. We are watching the lads go on a journey that has taken them over hills, through caves, and across the seas. A couple of dinguses having to use what wit they can muster to press on as their obstacles get bigger and and more complex. Their destination is unknown, but it's not about the destination, but the journey.
This is one of my absolute favourite let's plays

Thank you for playing this so much sooner than later and so much longer than usual, this is a great series. I laugh nonstop. Y'all need to get used to swing climbing. It comes in handy to just get by a wall and it's not as complicated as it first seems to be.
It's priceless seeing Gavin try to move a hook but shouting angrily at himself because his characters arms only seem to have two settings and they're both inadequate for what he's trying to do.
Don't stop playing this game, it's amazing to watch the struggle to figure out everything

It's actually possible to pull that speedboat into the water alone without any other items for help. In this game, your character will always pull harder while looking down. I was able to grab the front of the boat, look down, and spam jump to slowly pull it into the water. You can use this to pull other heavy objects in the game like the catapult.
These two MAGNIFICENT bastards are a godsend.

They lost the game audio, and from what I'd heard at the time they had to replay it several times trying to get the right lines to match the video.

This was my favorite one so far!
I think they _techincally_ did this level better than my friend and I did...
My friend and I went from the speedboat area _in the very beginning_ directly to the area where Michael is at 46:07. We completed this level in, like, 15-20 minutes or something.
EDIT: We also didn't know what to do with the chain at 48:32, so instead of doing what we were _supposed_ to do, we literally climbed along the metal bar leading to the "water wheel". (The bar I'm talking about can be seen on the left part of Michael's screen at 50:25)
We flipped the switch and dove into the end of the level, simple as that lol
