Sinister, that is friggin awesome. Video how too real good. I always enjoy watching how too's because I'm see things different from my ride. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah the whole puncturing the holes took me forever because its like a one shot deal😂😂. It looks MUCH better to match than the Harley one that I had. Thanks brother👊👊
That looks really good on the bike. I would've expected them to have already done the legwork as far as the mounting instructions. If you're not certain about the torque specs, just use your best judgement and some blue loctite. That should do it.
Yeah that is pretty much what I did. Thought it would be a good idea to show the process from an average Joe perspective. Hopefully it helps someone. I really appreciate you commenting. Means a lot 😎🤘🤘
For what Saddlemen charges, ya think that they would poke the stupid holes in it for you. Hahaha. Looks really nice. Now it will be a nice comfy ride for two on the way to VAMM21.
@@SinisterClutch I am not usually the handy guy but here lately I’m so sick of paying people to do stuff I have jumped head first into projects 😂 replaced an entire dishwasher yesterday. Works like a charm 😝
@@Sodiumfreeriding That’s the way to do it. You save a fortune over time. I do all the maintenance on my bike and vehicles. There’s always a TH-cam video for it 🤣🤣. I added some outlets in my garage last year and I’m no electrician 🤘🤘
I'm looking at getting the same setup but I don't have a harley branded sissy bar. Mine looks same as yours though. Any chance that I could get the hole spacing measurements center to center on yours? Thanks great video!
Where the bolts are positioned it’s the same. The Saddlemen pad is more rounded at the top vs the stock pad. So any height gained is based on the shape. I hope this helps.

I appreciate it. If I can help one person it’s worth it. Thanks for watching brother 👊😎
You’ve really got these videos down man. The stitching on that is gorgeous!!!! Good job!
Thanks I really appreciate it. I do enjoy installs and try to get as detailed as possible. I need to get better at the close ups for sure. Take care👊👊
A good seat make a whole world of difference 👍
Oh man you ain't kidding. I'm going to be hitting at least 10K this year and I need the comfort. 👊👊🤙
Thanks for the how-to Sinister- we appreciate it and I am sure this helps many other folks. Thanks again!
I figured if I can do it anyone can 🤣. Never hurts to see the average joe do it. Thanks for the comment. Greatly appreciated 👊🤘
@@SinisterClutch Agreed - it's always cool just to see a guy do it and get it done. Thanks again Sinister!
Great video. Thanks for the help.
Appreciate you watching. Take care and enjoy the ride 💪🤙
My "should be quick and easy installs" end up taking all day. 🤣 Looks good.👍🏻😎
When you're filming it takes twice as long 🤣😂. I really hope it helped someone. Appreciate it Greg👊🤙
Nice install video Randy, damn it looks good on the bike too brother, good job

Oh I can’t wait to get to VAMM21. Break this baby in for sure 👊😎🤘
The sissy bar pads are designed to fit a few different configurations ( which is why the holes aren't punctured by us). Thanks!
Oh boy. I’d be nervous 😂
Yeah took me a bit to do it cause I was so concerned I would screw it up. 🤣🤣

You mean the diagram? Does yours have a bracket?
Bottom bolts center to center 4 1/2 inches. Bottom to top is 3 1/4 inches
Do you think the pad is higher than the stock harley sissy bar pad?

Ya better get to work on that insulation lol 🤣🤣
I’m a slacker. 🤣😂
