I grew up in Carmichaels, PA and was in the marching band in high school and marched in the parade for 4 years. This was always my favorite. We were able to go to the festival for a couple of hours before heading home.Over 30's years ago and still remember how much fun it was! Thanks for the memories😊

Gosh, that looks like such a fun day, I always love events where they have marching bands, my daughter was in her high school marching band and it really kept us busy, but we loved it. Another great video, thanks for sharing your day with us.

Hey John and Bobby I hope your day has been a good one love going and supporting local county fairs been doing it for years I'll probably been to four this year wish I could have attended more I wasn't hungry until y'all started going around eating all that food and at the end when I seen that corn dog man that look good so I got in the truck and went down to Sonic and got two corn dogs as always guys great content till next video take care

This was so cool for me to see.My Mother's maternal side are from Preston County,West Virginia. In fact my great grandfather's farm,and farmhouse is North,I think of where ,you are.Those fries looked great,and I would love to attend the Buckwheat festival. I have not been back for 19 years.
We go every year. John was been to the Buckwheat Festival for over 50 years. The only time he didn't go was in 2020 because they didn't have it because of covid. 😎😎

The problem with going to the fair is you come with a full wallet and an empty stomach and leave with an empty wallet but a full stomach. Looks like you had fun. The best pizza 🍕 I’ve ever had was at Anthony’s in Clear Lake, Texas. I have no idea if it’s still open but when I was a kid you could buy a huge slice for $2.50 that was bigger than my face.

We love our fries with vinegar too..that spray bottle was genius! I still crave the pizza I grew up eating too...in my mind it's the best and have never found another one like it..The Elmton, in Struthers Ohio...Florida is not known for good pizza...lol. Nice community!

Wow you watched our old one. We did get them a few days later they are sold at the local Walmart now. $1 a piece now. Mrs Walker who makes them is getting up in age so they probably can’t make enough for the festival anymore I guess. That pickle one was very unique. Great food as always here. Thanks Flecia😎😎

Salt and vinegar fries are the best, love ‘em! That pizza looked like a real good bar pizza. There’s a place at our local farm market that makes them like that. I love when you visit fairs and carnivals, etc! Great job on filming the rides from a different perspective. I can’t believe John didn’t get buckwheat pancakes this year.😮
We didn't get buckwheat cakes at the fairground but we do have a video coming out I think tomorrow, we got the buckwheat cakes somewhere else.😎😎

Bobbi, I don't like shoo fly pie either so you're not the only one. The shoo fly cake is ok. I don't like all that gooey molasses on the bottom. I grew up around them all my life up here in central Pa. My Mom loved them.
