I watched this video in 2019 and still clearly remember your genuine advice on conditioners. I've never used conditioner because whenever I tried them they made my hair become limp amd lose volume. I'm still with you on this advice and whenever I even doubt that do I need it I recall your advice.

When nothing worked for me then CG method came to my rescue and now I can't stop admiring my hair. I've done smoothening, keratin, rebonding and regular use of heat on my hair but embracing my natural hair has been the best feeling ever ❤️

@@deblinachatterjee8559 hey Deblina, I follow CG method and would suggest you to read about it as Komal suggested. I use Pantene lively clean as clarifying shampoo once or twice a month. Usually I use WOW apple cider vinegar shampoo and it's pretty good to remove dirt and light oils like coconut or olive oil but not so good if you use heavier oils like Castor oil. Ih use l'oreal smooth intense or tresemme botanique conditioner (got it from US as the one available in India is not CG approved). For gel I use either eco styler pink gel or set wet blue gel or homemade flaxseed gel. All three locks the moisture and retain curl pattern pretty amazingly. I hope the info is useful to you.

This is the first time that I watched your video. Thank you for explaining this method. My hair has become frizzy n dry over the years... I had curly hair when i was a kid and even now on good days it curls naturally towards the ends. For now I cannot spend on expensive CG products but i will experiment on cheaper alternatives and see how it works. :)

@@DeepaK-gk9ie I didn't experiment much... However I have started oiling my hair regularly and that has helped reduce hair loss. My hair still curls towards the ends n sometimes there are waves throughout the length. I avoid dry combing.

Girls had the same issue fr i dunno how many years...then a hairdresser at a salon used khadi serum on me...just compliments aftr that.!it costs 250 rs ..nd all this time ive tried schwarkopf,loreal, nd a few international brand of conditioners nd shampoos ... Do follow this strictly tho... Shampoo- conditioner- serum..full pumps rub rub ya palms,nd rum em crazy ..only on tips haan.. best of luck...

Thanks for this video! I suffer from the classic problem of extremely oily scalp with frizzy ends and solving both the problems is really hard. After a lot of non sulphate shampoos, I finally started using mixture made by mom using all the reetha, amla with aloe vera or hibiscus mixed with a lil herbal shampoo like forrest essentials shampoo. It's been working well for hair growth and removing oil and reducing frizz to an extent. My hair below the shoulders still has some frizz on the day of the wash.
Should try the condition wash for ten days like using my moms mixture without any shampoo at all to reduce the frizz further.
This mixture hasn't made ur hairs smooth???

# 1 in a week you can wash 2 times
#2 using egg on hair is very healthy but you have to see if egg is good for your hair
#3 for every hair type it is different but I can say castor oil and olive oil is good
#4 this is my own hack mix shampoo and oil and use it as conditiner

Hi Komal, want to ask one question....actually day 1 when i wash my hair they get nicely curly but after sleeping with open hair, next morning my hair get frizzy and curls reduces its shape. and if i tie my hair and sleep they get straight by morning. Please can you guide me on this

Thank you for the clarity on such an important issue and I would like to share that eversince I started using Khadi Shikakai and Reetha Powders together (In equal quantities), my hair are back to its original texture with 90% reduced Hairfall..
That's great!! There's shampoos are not sulfate and silicone free though so please stay clear of those
